Specialised in Italian cuisine, Sergio takes pride in preparing fresh, flavourful dishes with care and authenticity, always aiming to deliver a high standard of service tailored to guests’ preferences. Alongside his galley responsibilities, he is equally confident supporting deck operations, including mooring, tender handling, general yacht maintenance, and assisting the crew in ensuring smooth day-to-day onboard operations.
His yachting background includes several seasons on board motor yachts up to 97 feet, where he has demonstrated loyalty, practicality, and a strong team spirit. Holding the required maritime certifications, a nautical license without limits, and a good operational knowledge of onboard routines, Sergio represents a valuable asset for any luxury yacht seeking a crew member capable of contributing both in the galley and on deck with professionalism and discretion.
