Born and brought up in the Philippines, Neil started his career almost 25 years back in the shipping industry as a deck rating.
Initially he worked on the merchant line and seeking a better opportunity, shifted into the yachting industry in 2006. Ever
since he has been with the same owners and over time upgraded from their first yacht, and then to ASYA. With more than two
decades of high seas experience, he has many stories to share. His skills as a committed and efficient deck rating are exceptional.
He has been working with the Captain since 2013 and has extensive amount of sea time under his belt right from the Med to the
Indian Ocean. He enjoys water sports and assists the young with ease. He is also an advance PADI diver. When on off, you can find
him playing basket ball and socializing with friends.

Danielle started her hospitality career in the Philippines, where she studied BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management and worked in several five-star hotels in the Philippines. Danielle decided that yachting would be a perfect fit for her to grow more of her knowledge, skills and combine what she loves most. She has been in yachting industry since 2019 and joined ASYA in 2023, she loves the changing dynamic each trip can bring. In her time ashore she enjoys her exploring different places we visit.

Ben was born and raised in England and has always held a passion for the sea. From the age of 5 he has enjoyed surfing and other water sports. After completing his studies at school, he began a Nautical cadetship and begun working on deep sea tankers where he gained his deck officer qualifications. He has recently made the transition into the yacht industry, starting in 2023 here on ASYA. Ben is a very social individual and really enjoys travelling and exploring new locations.

Joyce completed her academics back in the Philippines and moved to Dubai where she tried her luck to enter the hospitality
industry. Luckily in no time, she came across an opening on board a super yacht as junior stewardess which she did take up
as a challenge. With time, she learnt the skills required and worked her way through. She comes from a charter background with
experience in both Middle East as well as MED seasons. She works along the Chief Stewardess in ensuring that the guests have
the best time possible and leave with memorable experiences. When not busy running along the decks, Joyce loves to cook, relax
and spend time with friends.

Captain Andrew brings a genuine lifetime of maritime experience working both above and below the water with him to MY ASYA. Growing up in Australia, Captain Andrew worked at his family-owned diving center for many years, gaining his first captain and dive instructor qualifications at the age of 18. Later and with a desire to gain more and varied experiences away from the family business, Captain Andrew worked on the Great Barrier Reef for many years before moving to France, where he now has a young family. Still a keen diver and water sports enthusiast, Captain Andrew will take any opportunity in his down time to discover more of the world’s best diving sites. Captain Andrew loves to share his passion for the amazing destinations that MY ASYA visits, as well as his passion for all things maritime.
