Chef George trained at the private institute Le Monde with a specialty in culinary arts and brings solid experience from high-volume kitchens serving up to 500 guests daily. Skilled in stock management, staff rotations, and ordering, he has also played a key role in streamlining coordination between service and kitchen teams. Additionally, he has supported facilities management, overseeing maintenance and support functions—making him well-suited for the dynamic demands of yacht-based culinary service.

Ionela studied to become a Bartender & Stewardess at the Ministry of National education in Constanta in 2006. The same year she acquired various marine certificates in survival craft/rescue boats, fire fighting, medical First aid, ship security, Ro-Ro passenger ships and crowd management from the Naval authority in Romania . The next year she joined the yachting industry on board m/s Galileo in Greece. Her positive energy and guidance from her excellent Captain and crew, will most certainly result to a superb experience onboard.

Manuel is a graduate of the Technological University of the Philippines in Mechanical Technology. He commenced his career in the yachting industry more than 10 years working as a Deckhand / Steward on multiple luxury motor yachts and he also holds a Speed boat certificate.
He has a good work ethic, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. He recently joined our team, ready to face new challenges and offer the best customer service to our guests.

Argyris graduated from the Merchant Maritime Academy of Aspropyrgos with an Engineer class A’ Diploma, along with all the STCW certificates in Survival craft & rescue boat, Advanced Fire Fighting, Ro-Ro passengers etc. He began his career almost 35 years ago on tugboats and after 6 years he moved to the Celebrity Cruise ships and then onto Yachting. He also overlooked the refits/repairs of motor yachts in the Perama shipyard.

Captain Michael holds a Class A certificate and has an extensive background of 31 years of seagoing experience on yachts, tankers and cargo ships with international travels in the Mediterranean sea, North Europe, Red Sea and the United States of America. He began his career in the Yachting in 1994 and brings a wealth of experience from working on numerous yachts both private & charter, that benefit him when executing a demanding charter.
