Giannis was born and raised in the seaside town of Preveza, Greece. Ηis innate passion for the sea prompted him to pursue a career in skippering yachts. His likeable gentle demeanor and easy­going personality make him well-loved and respected by those who've had the pleasure of chartering with him. Giannis has over 8 seasons experience in chartering - an approxi­mately 200 days at sea annually. In the winter months he manages international deliveries of new yachts, sea trials and inspections. He has great expertise and knowledge of the Greek waters and real desire to impart guests with a dream-like experience. Giannis is a graduate of the Department of Physical Educa­tion & Sport Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloni­ki with a specialization in sailing. He holds a master 500GT/STCW diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy of Greece, as well as an offshore Yachtmaster license from the Royal Yachting Association. Giannis goes out of his way to make guests feel safe while making their time on board as enjoyable as possible. He is a committed leader with the capacity to navigate difficult environments and situations while upholding the utmost discretion and responsibility.

Yachting is Achilleas’ passion and way of life. Since 2017, he has navigated
catamarans, monohulls, and motor yachts, gaining nearly a decade of experience as a flotilla crew and bareboat skipper. As the youngest Yachtmaster instructor in Greece he excels in leading crews, managing operations and ensuring unforgettable client experiences. He focuses on professionalism, safety and upgraded customer service.

Eirini is a Panteion University graduate with a degree in Political Science and History, she combines strong academic grounding with hands-on yachting experience. With three years in the industry, she has worked as a hostess on both weekly cruises and daily charters, confidently delivering polished, guest-focused service in dynamic onboard environments. Known for her consistency, professionalism, and sharp attention to detail, she adapts easily to fast-paced operations and diverse guest expectations. Fully certified and safety trained for yachting, she brings positive energy, discretion, and a service-driven mindset to every charter.

Chef Konstantinos is an experienced yacht chef with a strong background in fine dining and international cuisine, with extensive experience on large catamarans and yachts. He specializes in gluten-free and vegan cooking, with expertise across Mediterranean, Japanese, and global flavors, as well as advanced techniques such as fermentation, charcuterie, and sushi. Having held senior roles in professional kitchens and culinary education, he brings excellent leadership and organizational skills, creating refined, seasonal menus using high-quality local ingredients. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Middlesex University and a Chef de Cuisine qualification, he is HACCP certified and a valuable asset to any professional crew.
