Tony has over 40 yearsʼ experience in the yachting industry. During these years he has sailed around the world 6 times, completed 54
Trans-Atlantic crossings and has acquired intimate knowledge of many of the worldʼs best cruising areas and ports. Tony is dedicated
to developing crew potential, providing guidance and training to help further their careers. Charter guests have returned time and time
again due to the fabulous experience that he tailors to make each trip unique, calling on a depth of knowledge few piers could
claim.Tonyʼs interests include spear fishing, kite surfing, scuba diving, squash, golf and of course sailing, additionally he was also once
a UK champion roller skater

Tony Brookes
Captain
Mike has been on board S/Y Athos since the end of 2013 and has sailed all around the world under Captain Tony Brookes. After having
finished circumnavigating the world he left Athos to further his career by completing his OOW 3000gt. Since returning to Athos as the
1st Officer he is striving to complete his Masters. His hobbies and passions include the ocean, photography, kiteboarding, freediving,
SCUBA diving, surfing, mountain biking and staying fit in general.

Lucy brings a unique blend of experience and passion to Athos. With a background in both sail and motor yachts, she has regularly
sailed in regattas, showcasing her competitive spirit and love for sailing. Before entering the yachting industry, Lucy worked in men's
tailoring on London's renowned Savile Row for 5 years. During down time Lucyʼs love for adventure currently has her juggling wing
foiling, climbing, Pilates, horse riding, and running. Lucy is also currently studying for her WSET level 3 in wine to help further her
career.

Olivia, a stewardess with 3 years onboard Athos, hails from the North of England but has lived in Antigua for the past 5 years. Growing
up on the family boat and sailing around the world, she developed a deep love for the sea and feels very at home surrounded by blue!
Olivia's vibrant personality, honed by her international upbringing, and years working in hospitality means she loves to work and
connect with people. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, sailing, skiing, and cooking.

Olivia McGurran

Michael has been sailing for over 40 years, growing up on the rivers of Suffolk and racing competitively since he was in single digits.
As a professional skipper for over 20 years, he has skippered yachts around the world, cruising extensively and competing in all the
various Superyacht Regattas. The love for the water extends to his family, with his wife and two children spending as much of their
free time racing dinghies or trying any water sport that allows them to be in or on the water. Curiosity to see what is round the next
corner leads to endless adventures on land and on the sea.

Michael Hutchinson
Captain
Karl was born in Stockholm, Sweden and was raised on a boat sailing the Swedish Archipelago initially and later cruising around the
world with his family. His passion is working on classic schooners, which he has been doing for the past ten years, racing regularly at
regattas. Outside of work Karl loves adventures with his wife and son that currently include ski touring, rock climbing, kite surfing.

Lily is an adventurous spirit who enjoys in the great outdoors, driven by her love for nature. Sheʼs an avid hiker and always seeks out
where the next breathtaking vistas are. while her passion for swimming leads her to explore pristine lakes, rivers, and oceans. In
addition to her outdoor pursuits, Lily finds solace in the art of crochet and can be found on Athos deliveries making the next addition to
her wardrobe.

Lily Pedersen
Stewardess
Growing up in a family of caterers in the South West of England, Zak knew at a young age that he loved the hospitality industry. Zak
started at the age of 14 working at his parentsʼ restaurant, then moved at 16 to work for the Michelin starred chef Chris Horridge.
Training in classic French food with a modern twist he learned how to organize and manage the kitchen. In the following years, Zak
moved to Richard Bransonʼs private island in the Caribbean, where he worked a range of cuisines such as sushi, Japanese and
Caribbean food. Later, he moved to Australia for one year working at some top places in Sydney and Byron Bay. He was offered a job as
a Head Chef at a beach club in Bali, Indonesia. He then spent 3 years in Bali, where he learned lots of different styles of Asian food. Zak
is now extremely passionate about cooking Asian food, which is fresh and vibrant. He always has a positive attitude and is willing to go
the extra mile to make sure that the guests are happy. In his free time, you will often see him surfing, paddle boarding and keen to find
new places to explore.

Dylan, our dedicated chef of five years, brings a wealth of culinary expertise and global experience to our team. He has travelled
extensively, enhancing his skills with numerous courses in Japan and working at the only Thai Michelin star restaurant in the world.
Before joining Athos Dylan also ran successful restaurants in New Zealand. Outside the kitchen, Dylan is a devoted husband and father
to his wife and 2-year-old gelato and cheese loving daughter, and he enjoys road cycling and diving. His passion for cooking, coupled
with his diverse experiences, ensures that our dining experiences are exceptional and memorable.

Ben, a proud French Canadian, is a passionate ocean enthusiast, with a love for diving and sailing. As a certified Dive Master, Ben has
spent hours exploring underwater worlds and guiding fellow crew and guests on Athos through their aquatic adventures. His love for
the sea extends to sailing, where he finds solace being off shore in open waters. Known for his calm demeanour and infectious
enthusiasm, Ben inspires others to appreciate and protect the marine environment.
