He has served aboard vessels ranging from 40 to 100 meters, developing a deep understanding of complex systems across both private and charter operations.
Known for his meticulous approach and problem-solving mindset, Alex ensures that all onboard systems operate seamlessly behind the scenes, supporting safe and smooth voyages for guests and crew alike.
When off duty, he enjoys attending soccer matches and spending time outdoors with his dog, Roxy often exploring new trails and embarking on weekend adventures that reflect his appreciation for balance, reliability, and life at sea.

Her passion for travel was sparked during a solo nursing internship in Thailand, inspiring a lifestyle rooted in exploration and new experiences.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys diving, spearfishing, skating, snowboarding, soccer, and discovering new cuisines; embracing adventure both on and off the water.

Chef Mark brings over 15 years of culinary expertise to the galley, honed during his time living and working throughout the Caribbean, where he owned and operated several successful restaurants. His passion for bold flavors and fresh, locally sourced ingredients naturally guided him to the yachting industry, where he has cultivated a thriving career as a private and charter yacht chef.
Known for his creativity, versatility, and warm hospitality, Chef Mark crafts memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences. Whether designing bespoke menus or elevating casual meals, he ensures every bite is as exceptional as the voyage itself.

Originally from Savannah, Georgia, with family roots in Northern Ireland, Torin brings a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on marine experience to the deck team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Marine Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, providing a strong foundation in both form and function within the maritime environment.
Torin began his career in the yacht refit and repair industry, gaining valuable practical experience before expanding his skill set as a divemaster in Costa Rica and later as a maintenance diver at the Georgia Aquarium. These roles sharpened his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in demanding underwater environments.
Transitioning into yachting two years ago, Torin has since worked aboard private and charter yachts throughout the Caribbean and the Bahamas. His diverse background, strong work ethic, and calm, capable approach make him a reliable and adaptable member of the deck team.

With five years of experience in yachting, Levi brings genuine passion and dedication to his role, having transitioned from a career in mortgage lending to follow a lifelong pull toward working on boats.
He has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, Canada, and Greenland, with a career highlight being his transit of the Northwest Passage, where crossing the Arctic Circle and witnessing polar bears and narwhals made for an unforgettable experience.
In his free time, Levi enjoys fishing and diving, as well as weight training, playing guitar, and golfing.

Captain Jesse’s connection to the sea began early, growing up aboard his family’s traditionally rigged Class A Barquentine sailboat in Savannah, Georgia. Raised in and around shipyards, he developed a deep respect for seamanship from a young age and by twelve, after watching a newly launched Feadship glide down the river, he knew his future lay at the helm of a world-class vessel.
With a career spanning tall ships, offshore and near-coastal regattas, and high-end private and charter yachts, Captain Jesse brings both classical sailing expertise and modern superyacht professionalism to every voyage. He has taught traditional sailing and Marlinspike Seamanship and is an accomplished waterman, enjoying spearfishing, freediving, and surfing when off duty.
Cruising extensively throughout the Caribbean, Central America, the Bahamas, and the entire U.S. East Coast, Captain Jesse combines exceptional service, intimate local knowledge, and an uncompromising commitment to safety. Since taking command of AVALON in 2019, he has been dedicated to creating seamless, memorable charter experiences for every guest onboard.

Originally from London, England, Rory brings a global outlook and a strong professional foundation to his role as First Officer. He graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Business Management before embarking on an international chapter of travel, spending seasons snowboarding in New Zealand and Canada, and later settling in Vancouver where he worked in hospitality for 18 months.
Rory discovered the yachting industry in 2016 and quickly knew he had found his long-term career. His background in service, combined with a proactive and adaptable approach onboard, makes him a valuable member of the bridge team.
Active and adventurous by nature, Rory enjoys riding his motorcycle and exploring new destinations in his downtime an energy he brings to every charter, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience throughout each voyage.

Raised on Cape Cod, Catherine spent her summers immersed in life on the water—sailing, beach days, and coaching at yacht clubs and sailing centers throughout high school and college. It was during these formative years that she discovered a lasting passion for hospitality rooted in the marine environment.
Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Roger Williams University and began her professional career in marketing and sales within the yachting sector. After relocating to Fort Lauderdale in 2019, she worked for a yacht tender company, delivering new tenders to vessels and ultimately realizing her calling was onboard. She transitioned into yachting four years ago and has since worked aboard both motor and sailing yachts, private and charter, ranging from 31 to 53 meters.
A dedicated stewardess with a passion for food and wine, Catherine continues to refine her knowledge through international travel and formal study. She holds a WSET Level 2 certification and takes pride in creating welcoming, elevated guest experiences. Catherine looks forward to welcoming guests aboard M/Y AVALON and delivering exceptional service throughout every charter.

With a background rooted in Fort Lauderdale, Kealy was introduced to the yachting industry at an early age. She earned a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida before beginning her career in shore-based yachting, later transitioning onboard a move she has thoroughly embraced.
In her time in the industry, Kealy has worked aboard yachts ranging from 30 to 60 meters, thriving in guest-focused environments and international travel. She especially enjoys meeting people from around the world and creating meaningful, memorable experiences for guests.
Outside of yachting, Kealy’s interests include travel, photography, skiing, horseback riding, and keeping up with pop culture.

Hailing from Cornwall in the UK, Ben brings extensive cruising experience throughout both the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Before joining the yachting industry, he studied film at university, a background that sharpened his creative eye and attention to detail; skills he now applies onboard.
Known for his adaptability, motivation, and team-first attitude, Ben is always ready to support wherever needed. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, surfing, and diving, with a strong passion for the sea and adventure that makes him a positive and enthusiastic addition to any yacht crew.
