His background includes time on explorer yachts, managing new build projects, leading teams of up to 13 crew, and navigating remote destinations like Alaska. With his Master 3000GT, he brings extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cruising and beyond. Devan is a strong leader who values clear communication and problem-solving, ensuring smooth

A member of the prestigious Châine des Rôtisseurs international guild, Joshua has won the ‘Reaching for the Stars - Young Chef’ competition twice - first in 2020 for a baking competition and again in 2021 for food and wine pairing and best vegetarian dish. His impressive work experience includes stints at South Africa’s top restaurants such as La Colombo, Pier, Waterside, Jan Franshoek, KleinJan, and Chefs Warehouse, as well as a Michelin-starred establishment in Nice.
