He oversees all aspects of navigation, maintenance, and guest experience, while leading an energetic watersports program that includes wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and ski activities.

Creative and detail-oriented, Rina excels in crafting tailored dining experiences—from elegant multi-course dinners to relaxed family-style meals—always with an emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Her additional experience as a villa manager and chief stewardess gives her a well-rounded understanding of guest expectations and seamless service.

Energetic, adaptable, and naturally warm, Rina brings both professionalism and personality to the galley, ensuring every meal onboard is memorable.

His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-conscious approach make him a reliable asset on deck, while his friendly and approachable nature ensures positive interactions with guests. Pere is also experienced in supporting watersports activities, contributing to an active and enjoyable onboard atmosphere.

Physically fit and adaptable, he thrives in demanding environments and works seamlessly as part of a team. With a genuine passion for yachting and continuous improvement, Pere is committed to delivering a smooth and professional deck operation.

Originally from Croatia, Simona is a dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess with a genuine passion for hospitality and life at sea. Despite being early in her yachting career, she has already demonstrated impressive independence, taking full responsibility for the interior onboard M/Y KAOS and previously managing all interior operations on M/Y Amileo during successful charter seasons. Confident across housekeeping, silver service, laundry, provisioning, inventory management, cocktail service, and creative table décor, Simona thrives in delivering seamless, personalised experiences for both charter guests and owners. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and calm, proactive approach ensure the yacht is always maintained to the highest standards.

A true team player with a warm and professional manner, she adapts quickly to new environments and enjoys working closely with both guests and crew. Currently studying Maritime Technologies of Yachts and Marinas at the University of Split, Simona is committed to continuously developing her skills and building a long-term career in the superyacht industry.
