Katie was born on the Wirral Peninsula near Liverpool and has always had a passion for adventure and new experiences. After graduating from UCLAN in 2013, she quickly rose through the ranks at Living Ventures, eventually becoming a Business and Development Manager. Craving a new challenge beyond the 9–5, and encouraged by friends in the industry, she transitioned to yachting in 2015.
Since then, Katie has worked aboard prestigious yachts including M/Y Lady, M/Y Secret, M/Y Sunrays, and M/Y Tis, and is now excited to be part of the Barbara team.
Outside of yachting, Katie is passionate about property renovation and continues to grow her portfolio. She also enjoys sewing, designing dresswear, and upholstery, as well as hiking, dancing, and staying active.

Andy is from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where her passion for water sports began early—most notably as a key player on her school’s first team water polo. When not in the water, she enjoys yoga, music, and planning her next adventure.
At 19, she set off solo to Italy to learn Italian, a life-changing experience that introduced her to yachting. Instantly drawn to the lifestyle, Andy found the perfect way to blend her love of travel and the ocean.
She’s recently completed her PADI Advanced diving and WSET Level 2 wine certifications, fueling new interests in diving and wine. Andy also enjoys visiting her sister in London and is known for her bubbly personality and infectious smile—bringing energy and positivity wherever she goes.

Johanna's natural affinity for the sea and commitment to service made the transition into yachting a seamless one, where she thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments.

Wilton hails from the picturesque town of Paarl, Cape Town, where he attended Paarl Boys High School – which, fun fact, is part of the largest school rugby competition in the world. However, after suffering repeated injuries, he made the difficult decision to step back from his rugby aspirations. Despite this, he remains one of South Africa’s most passionate Springbok supporters.
In 2015, Wilton graduated from university with a Degree in Industrial Engineering. His academic background and interest in innovation sparked a broader passion for exploring new ideas and solutions.
Looking ahead, Wilton is driven by the goal of one day establishing his own investment firm, with a focus on funding and supporting small start-up companies throughout Africa. His vision is to help nurture entrepreneurial talent and contribute to the growth of the continent’s emerging industries.

Jamie grew up in rural New Zealand where his passion for cooking started from an early age. As a kid Jamie enjoyed foraging for ingredients on his family farm to cook meals for his family.
After completing extensive chef training, Jamie worked in high-end restaurants between New Zealand and Australia, until he caught wind of building a career on yachts. Joining the industry over four years ago, Jamie hasn't looked back.
In his free time, you'll find Jamie scaling the side of a cliff face, travelling to remote parts of Bali, or exploring the world through the eye of a camera lens.

Originally from New Zealand, Ruby brings over six years of yachting experience, a deep passion for adventure, and a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Growing up with a father who was passionate about mountaineering, Ruby spent much of her childhood traveling across New Zealand, hiking, and skiing—hobbies that have remained a big part of her life as an adult.
Ruby is always eager to try new activities. Most recently, she enjoyed surfing at a surf camp in Bali and playing tennis with fellow crew members. A former lacrosse player, Ruby has even represented her country on the field, showcasing her competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset.
For Ruby, yachting is more than just a career—it’s a way to live her passions every day. The industry allows her to meet fascinating people from all over the world, explore new places, and stay deeply connected to nature. With a love for both adventure and building relationships, Ruby thrives in the dynamic environment of yachting and looks forward to the new experiences each journey brings.

Gregorio hails from southern Cebu Island in the Philippines, where growing up on a family farm instilled in him a deep love for nature and the outdoors. Since 2009, he has built a solid career in hospitality, working in roles from waiter to deckhand, and thriving in the yachting industry with his hands-on, service-focused approach.
A fitness enthusiast, Greg enjoys basketball, volleyball, and water sports—always eager to improve his skills in and around the water. Recently married to his wife, Eusel, in a beautiful ceremony back home, Greg brings warmth, energy, and a competitive spirit to the crew—especially when it comes to onboard games and sports bets.

Jock grew up in the scenic Noosa Hinterland on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, surrounded by beaches, mountains, and the Australian bush. His family fostered a love for adventure early on, traveling across Australia and abroad to explore diverse landscapes and cultures.
After finishing school, Jock began a Mechanical Engineering degree at Queensland University of Technology but soon put his studies on hold to follow his passion for the sea. Yachting quickly proved to be his true calling.
Energetic and always on the move, Jock is known for his adventurous spirit and infectious enthusiasm. Whether he’s fishing, camping, mountain biking, or rock climbing, he thrives outdoors and brings that same energy and drive to his professional life.

Based in Devon, UK, Duncan lives with his wife and young family. Originally from Portsmouth, with part of his childhood spent in Germany, he brings a broad cultural perspective to his work.
With 26 years in the maritime industry, Duncan is a seasoned marine engineer with experience both on deck and ashore. He has served as Chief Engineer on a range of private and charter vessels—sail and motor—across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Notably, he spent seven years maintaining a private sail yacht for the same family and Captain, a testament to his reliability and expertise.
Duncan holds a Y1 Chief Engineer qualification and is also a licensed helicopter pilot, with long-term plans to transition into aviation.

PJ is from Norfolk, UK, now living in Roquefort Les Pins, South of France, where he enjoys a peaceful life surrounded by nature. After earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Westminster University and his Y1 Yacht Engineer certification, he has built a 16-year career in superyachts.
For the past decade, PJ has served as Chief Engineer on luxury yachts across the Pacific, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, and Mediterranean. He’s worked on major projects, including the new build of M/Y Silver Angel and large refits in Germany and the USA, bringing a hands-on approach and technical expertise to each vessel.
Outside work, PJ enjoys fine dining, cultural events, snowboarding, and wine tasting, always seeking new experiences on and off the water.
