Crew Profiles
CAPTAIN
Cameron Creigh
Cam started sailing as a three-year-old tethered to a Hobie Cat with his grandfather sailing in his home state of New South Wales, Australia. Fast forward some years and when Cam wasn't working for one of Australia's largest real estate companies, you'd find him racing yachts on Sydney Harbour or delivering boats up and down Australia's east coast. After a brief sabbatical in Croatia in 2022, Cam decided to trade his corporate desk for yacht decks and he hasn't looked back since.
He has since sailed in some of the world's best sailing destinations including Croatia, Greece and French Polynesia, but he is now happy to call the Virgin Islands home. He has spent the last two years in the BVI managing one of the Caribbean's highest-rated sailing schools and he loves nothing more than sharing his passion for the ocean with everyone he meets. If guests want to learn a bit more about sailing, Cam is always happy to show them the ropes or get them behind the wheel.

CHEF
Milou van Melick
With a passion for hospitality and organizing, Milou's goal is to exceed guest expectations. She does
this with her positive energy and welcoming smile. Growing up in the Netherlands in a family-owned
restaurant, Milou was involved in the hospitality industry from a young age, developing a natural
talent for guest relations and service.
After completing her studies, she expanded her horizons by traveling through Central and South
America, where she embraced different cultures, cuisines, and discovered her love for the ocean.
Milou finds immense joy in cooking for and with friends and family, and this love for bringing people
together through food has been a constant throughout her life. She feels happiest when everyone is
gathered around a table filled with home-cooked food, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s
company. Onboard Barefoot Bliss, and on her second season in the BVI, Milou strives to create this
feeling while preparing a wide variety of dishes tailored to guests' preferences.
When she’s not whipping up delicious meals, Milou draws on her background with a wedding planner
and catering company to keep everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail, positivity, and
organizational skills help turn every moment onboard into a truly memorable experience.
Whether it’s sharing fun travel anecdotes, enjoying watersports, trying new recipes, or baking her
signature white chocolate chip cookies, just ask Milou and she’s in!
