With a broad background in the yachting industry, Juliana has held a variety of roles on board, ranging from galley to deck duties. However, her true passion lies in interior design. For more than 15 years, she has specialized in this area on yachts of all sizes, always working closely with international crews to ensure the highest standards.

Juliana particularly enjoys the dynamic environment of the charter sector, where she has the opportunity to connect with families from around the world, each bringing their own language, culture, and story. Her greatest motivation is to create unforgettable experiences for guests—whether romantic, adventurous, or family-oriented. Seeing their smiles and knowing she played a role in making their stay exceptional is her most rewarding achievement.

In her free time, Juliana leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys going to the gym, hiking, cycling, and discovering new places. She is fluent in Portuguese (her native language), English, and Spanish.
