Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean, she has been working for more than two years as a stewardess.
Zoé is eager to put her good mood and her attention to the service of the customers so that they keep a pleasant memory of their cruise.
Naturally enthusiastic, she loves to travel, discover new things and meet new people.

Jérémy came onboard Basilic in early 2022. He has over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry. He previously worked on board M/Y Tortoise, a 35m Arcadia Yacht and 5 years on a 34 meter Leopard. Before joining the industry he worked in the Air Force and was the owner of an importation company. He is passionate about English Boxing, Snowboarding, Wakeboard, cooking and music. He is organized and always pays attention to every little detail.

Damien has created his culinary identity thanks to his experience acquired in traditional and gourmet restaurants. He knows all the dish elaboration techniques and innovates constantly. He can cook Mediterranean, traditional, Asian dishes and also prepare fusion cuisine. His travels to Asia developed his flavours and taste for Asian cuisine. He enjoys traveling and this has led him to work in various countries before starting to work onboard yachts ten years ago. Working as a head chef has been a passion for him since a young age. Safety and hygiene are a top priority in his kitchen. The gustatory pleasure of the clients and guests always remains his goal.
