Her eye for detail, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious experience on board. Off duty, she loves spending time with friends and family, staying active through Pilates, Running or yoga and continuously learning new things to grow both personally and professionally.

Over Years, Sandy has become an adept tender operator, where his precision, safety focus, and attention to detail truly stand out. Driven by a commitment to learning and professional growth, he has evolved into a highly skilled, dependable, and adaptable crew member, always ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Dominic was born, raised, and lives in Barbados. He enjoys being surrounded by the ocean, waking up in new destinations, and experiencing places that many people only see on social media. He joined the yachting industry because he wanted a lifestyle that feels different from the ordinary. The sunsets at anchor, swimming off the back of the boat, and the close friendships built make the experience especially special. This is his first job in the industry. He loves the energy of yachting — from preparing for guest arrival to hosting them on board - music playing on deck while washing down, the buzz before guests arrive, and exploring beaches and hidden coves, creating memories. Dominic comes from a close family and has a brother and two amazing parents. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball or padel and generally likes anything that keeps him active.

Obsessed with all things nautical, Josip pursued his studies in ship engineering at the local school, where he honed his skills and expertise in the field. Growing up surrounded by the sea, it was no surprise that navigation and ship engineering became his true calling. When he's not busy keeping the engine room running smoothly, Josip loves to spend quality time with his family, exploring the island and enjoying all that nature has to offer. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Josip is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable voyage.

Kyle was born in South Shields, a town just outside Newcastle. He started his career at sea when he was 17, studying Marine Engineering at Fleetwood Nautical College. Initially, he worked on chemical tankers before moving into the cruise ship industry, where he spent 4 years working his way up to Second Engineer. In 2021, he decided to transition into the world of private yachts and has worked on board vessels ranging from 80-115m. Kyle is a keen fisherman, and you can always find him somewhere along the coast trying to get the catch of the day bedside his Fiancé Sophie.
