We are pleased to welcome back Captain Carl Bevve to M/Y BEACHOUSE. With over 20 years of experience and more than 100,000 nautical miles logged, Carl brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the role.
His career spans a wide range of high-profile vessels, including the 50m Oceanfast Thunder, the Feadship Highlander, and several Mangustas—making him exceptionally well-versed in the operation of jet-drive performance yachts like BEACHOUSE. In addition to his extensive cruising experience across the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, and the UAE, Carl has also been involved in numerous new build and refit projects, equipping him with strong engineering and technical insight.
Recognised for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service, Carl is a trusted and driven captain who consistently exceeds expectations for both owners and guests. We’re thrilled to have him back on board.
As an enthusiastic sports lover and dedicated water sports enthusiast with a vibrant and positive demeanour, I bring high energy, an easy-going spirit, and a strong work ethic to every task. My commitment to excellence extends to ensuring guests have an amazing time, facilitated by transparent communication with both guests and crew, and a dedication to honesty and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in various deck-related duties, including tender driving, jet skis, and deck organization, I aim to create memorable experiences on the water. With aspirations to reach the pinnacle of the yachting industry through a professional approach, I've accumulated extensive experience as a Chief Officer. My leadership and management skills ensure judicious decision-making and efficient task accomplishment, always with a priority on emotional intelligence and safety.

Cristina, from the Philippines, has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 17 years as a stewardess.Having a long-term career in yachting, she honed her leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills to ensure a healthy and productive work environment. She is dept in guest services, interior duties, and detailing, resulting in a satisfactory experience for everyone. With her passion for yachting and optimism, she continuously provides pleasant cruising for every guest across the Mediterranean, and Caribbean.

With over 15 years of professional culinary experience and nearly a decade dedicated to the yachting industry, Chef Emiliano Francia brings creativity, passion, and precision to every meal he prepares. With a strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine and a particular finesse with fish and seafood, he creates dishes that are both vibrant and refined. Trained in pastry, sushi, and Thai cuisine, Emiliano has a flair for fusion and international flavors, consistently crafting menus that are both globally inspired and nutritionally balanced however he holds a personal spot for italian food. Whether it’s dietary-specific menus (he’s excellent with gluten- and lactose-free) or family-style meals with a touch of flair, Emiliano always finds a way to exceed expectations. He’s calm, creative, and highly committed to delivering an exceptional onboard experience. Outside of the galley, Emiliano is a skilled fisherman, creative planner, and loves to source local fresh produce.

Vlad grew up in Odessa, Ukraine. He played football as child for 15 years, and then started boxing and Thai boxing. Vlad has worked as security and a manager of a restaurant that held up to 300 people. He studied from 2008 to 2014 at Odessa National Maritime Academy to gain an engineering qualification, and now, after having over 14 years of extensive experience in the yachting industry, he has continued developing new skills and is an exemplary worker. Vlad is a quick learner and is very hardworking. Responsibility, a high degree of self-organisation, the ability to find a common language with new people and finding new strategies to tackle performing tasks, are some of Vlad’s core characteristics. His hobbies include football, boxing, fishing, and sports cars.

Boudene is a friendly, skilled and hardworking stewardess and individual. Being a professional stewardess on a luxury yacht has given her diverse skill sets, passion for water sports, multi-cultural experiences and significant dedication to providing excellent guest service and hospitality. She competed in a sailing yacht regatta race in 2023 and won 3rd place in Italy. This was one of her big challenges in the industry which she enjoyed. Her enthusiasm, versatility and love for nature and the ocean makes her an asset to any team. She also enjoys creating beautiful spaces and events for example table set ups, beach picnics, creative cocktails and any special event that requires decoration. Outside of yachting she enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen too. She believes that communication is key and giving her best onboard is extremely important to her.
