Captain Mustafa brings a calm and capable presence to BELLA LUNA, backed by a solid maritime career built steadily through both deck and command roles. After training in Maritime Transportation and Yacht Master studies at Nisantasi university, Istanbul, he has spent the last decade sailing in Greek and Turkish waters. Much of his professional career has been spent gaining experience across busy charter and private programmes.
Having progressed from deckhand roles to captain positions, Mustafa offers a practical, hands-on leadership style and a strong understanding of guest operations. Professional, motivated and easy to work with, he helps create an atmosphere on board that feels safe, well organised and relaxed for both guests and crew.

Büşra moved into yachting in 2023, after already building a strong culinary career ashore as both a Chef and Sous Chef in Turkey. She brings a wealth of training to the role, with formal education in cooking and gastronomy alongside additional study in healthy nutrition and personal training. This wider background gives her a thoughtful and modern approach to food, with a natural focus on health, balance and variety, while still keeping meals enjoyable, creative and beautifully presented.
Her culinary style is broad and versatile, spanning Turkish, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, as well as lighter Far Eastern influences. Her interest in nutrition means she is well able to adapt to dietary requirements. Calm, dedicated and quietly confident, she takes pride in tailoring her menus to guests and creating food that feels fresh, varied and delicious.

İlkyaz moved into yachting in 2023, after balancing freelance yacht work with an established career as a translator working on advertising, medical and technical projects for clients worldwide. Her decision to move fully into the industry was driven by her love of life on board and her commitment to delivering excellent service.
Prior to this, she had built a strong hospitality background ashore in high-end service roles, including fine dining waitressing, bartending, wine sommelier work, guest relations, and spa reception. That experience gave her a polished service style, strong communication skills, and a natural ease with guests.
With experience on both sailing and motor yachts, İlkyaz brings a polished and dependable presence to interior service. Guests find her friendly, composed and highly organised, and she takes real pride in making sure they feel comfortable and well looked after.

Arda was born and raised in Istanbul and is at the beginning of what promises to be an exciting career in yachting. Having studied English Language and Literature, he brings a strong level of communication skills alongside an enthusiastic and hardworking attitude on board. Drawn to yachting by his love of the sea and hands-on work, he quickly found himself enjoying the fast-paced and team-oriented environment that life onboard offers.
Before joining BELLA LUNA, Arda gained early experience with Begüm Yachting, assisting with guest tours, yacht presentations, maintenance work, and seasonal preparations. Since joining the team, he has been involved in all aspects of deck operations, from upkeep and detailing to technical support and daily maintenance. Guests will find Arda friendly, motivated, eager to continue learning and always willing to lend a hand.

With more than two decades of professional sea-going experience, Erhan is a calm, capable and highly experienced presence in the BELLA LUNA team. Originally from Bodrum, he has spent much of his life on the water, building an extensive maritime career that spans both commercial shipping and luxury yachting throughout the Mediterranean and Aegean. Over the years, he has captained a variety of motor yachts and developed a strong reputation for safe operations, practical leadership, and excellent guest care.
His years as a chase boat captain have given him an in-depth knowledge of the Turkish and Greek coastlines, allowing guests to enjoy everything from relaxed coastal cruising to exploring quieter anchorages and hidden bays. Professional, dependable, and easy-going by nature, Erhan aims to create a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
