Nicole was born and raised in the Algarve, Portugal, where a deep connection to the sea and a strong foundation in hospitality shaped her early years. Working in her family’s restaurant from a young age, she developed a natural instinct for service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Over the past three years in yachting, Nicole has gained experience onboard superyachts cruising the Mediterranean and venturing to remote destinations including Antarctica. She is known for her reliability, positive attitude, and ability to stay composed in fast-paced charter environments, always supporting the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Passionate about food, wine, and cultural experiences, Nicole brings warmth, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality to every charter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring Australia through van life adventures, and discovering new cultures through travel.

Delia is a bubbly and adventurous Australian, who now calls Cairns home. She loves meeting new people, exploring new destinations, and capturing the world through photography - from landscapes and wildlife to the joy of guest & crew experiences. Delia began her yachting career three years ago in the Mediterranean, entering the industry through a unique path as a purser assistant. Since returning to Australia, she has embraced the local yachting scene, thriving in second stewardess roles while expanding her skills across all areas of interior operations. With experience cruising from the Mediterranean to Antarctica, she is passionate about exploring new waters and aims to progress through the interior ranks toward becoming a Chief Stewardess.

Josh has harnessed his passion into a profession, earning a reputation among superyachts in Tropical North Queensland thanks to his extensive knowledge and expertise. Originally from New Zealand, Josh combines years of engineering, boat and fishing experience to deliver a bespoke charter experience as Captain of M.Y. Beluga, and previously M.Y. Flying Fish. Whether it’s river fishing, reef bottom fishing, or trolling for Tropical North Queensland’s iconic game fish, Josh ensures every adventure is as rewarding as it is memorable.
Alongside managing the safe and efficient operation of BELUGA, he also serves as an expert fishing guide, helping guests achieve the catch of a lifetime or source fresh, locally caught seafood for bespoke dining on board. Between fishing excursions, Josh leads guests to explore secluded islands and pristine sandy beaches, creating unforgettable journeys tailored to every guest.

Jacob is a friendly, upbeat deckhand who genuinely enjoys connecting with guests and being part of a strong crew. With seasons spent in Europe, Antarctica, and Australia, he’s confident on deck and quick to adapt to whatever the day brings. Whether helping with watersports, running tenders, or assisting guests, he brings calm energy and a genuine enthusiasm for the job.
Outside of work, Jacob travels Australia in his campervan, chasing new beaches, snorkel spots, and adventures. He loves being on the water and is passionate about creating memorable, safe, and enjoyable experiences for every guest onboard.

Acacia brings a passion for adventure and hospitality both above and below the waterline. As a Master Reef Guide, dive instructor, and snorkel guide, she ensures guests experience the Great Barrier Reef with knowledge. Originally from Utah, Acacia has called Australia home since the age of 18, moving to Port Douglas with a dream of working on boats on the Great Barrier Reef. Acacia’s work experience spans dive boats, sailing yachts, and motor vessels— finding her in unique locations including the Whitsundays and Ribbon Reefs on board vessels including Mike Ball, Argo, and now, M.Y. Beluga. Her background in tourism and hospitality allows her to deliver enhanced guest experiences.
Acacia’s hobbies, from snowboarding to underwater photography, reflect her adventurous spirit. Passionate about marine conservation, she dedicates her free time to volunteering with organizations like Marine Rescue, Surf Life Saving, Great Barrier Reef Legacy, and Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef, contributing to the preservation of marine ecosystems.

Honing his craft in the most upscale of Cape Town’s dining establishments and exclusive residences, Grant Logan is renowned for his ability to create dishes that captivate every sense. Grant’s culinary odyssey soon led him to the open seas, as he embarked on a gastronomic adventure aboard some of the world’s finest superyachts. From the Caribbean’s azure waters to the expanse of the United States, including an epic Atlantic crossing on the elegant M.Y. Lady Sara, his culinary prowess graced prestigious vessels like M.Y. Double Down, and M.Y Northern Escape.
