After obtaining a degree in communication and a first working experience with a nonprofit organization, Anaïs was employed as Stewardess on a 30m yacht for the Film Festival. Yachting became her new working universe, and after few seasons as stewardess she decided to step on shore for a year to take cooking classes. After a stage in two 5 stars Relais & Chateaux, and 1-star Michelin restaurants, Anaïs came back to the yachting industry as Chef in 2014 and has been working ever since in both sailing and power yacht cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean Sea.
Anaïs speaks French and English. She has a passion for Judo (she is black belt) and for scuba diving.

Steven is not new in the charter market.
After many years on board Pangea he is now at the helm of BEST MOUNTAIN and ready for a successful charter season as he is used to.
Born in Cherbourg, in the English Channel. After completing studies in electronics and a first working experience as electrical mechanic in 2008 Steven started his career in the yachting industry as deckhands. Realising that the sea was where he wanted to be, he has obtained the C200 and moved to the Captain position.
He has a passion for skydiving, he loves swimming, moto and extreme sports.
Steven speaks French, has notion of English and German
