He has worked on both private and charter yachts, including vessels exceeding 100 meters, specializing in Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, and international cuisine. With strong expertise in menu planning, provisioning, and galley management, he consistently delivers high-quality dining experiences for guests and crew. His background includes positions in prestigious hotels, restaurants, and luxury yachts across Greece.

Captain Andreas was born and raised in Greece. He began his yachting career in 2007 and brings a wealth of seagoing experience from his time aboard large merchant vessels. Captain Andreas keeps his crew motivated and creates a safe, positive environment for everyone on board. He has excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour. He is also a true family man, well-loved by brokers, and always willing to go the extra mile. He manages the team with energy and focus, keeping the momentum high on every charter and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Alexandros was born and raised in Syros and holds an Engineer’s A-Class license. He has worked on merchant vessels and private yachts since 1995. Having supervised the yacht’s build, he is an integral part of the vessel. Alexandros loves watersports, fishing, and diving. When he is not in the engine room, he enjoys organising fun activities for the guests. He is married with two children, and traveling with his family in his free time is a true passion.

Babis is from Athens and holds the Able Seaman Diploma, along with all necessary documents such as Safety/ Life Saving Certificates & Fire Fighting Appliances. He is a very hardworking and strong asset to the crew with experience on board merchant vessels and luxury yachts since 2000. Babis is also a talented musician, always bringing his guitar for music nights during charters. Additionally, he is the on board drone expert, ensuring all your best holiday moments are captured on camera! Joined M/Y BIANCA in 2012.
What skill are you best at teaching guests?
"I am best teaching paddleboard and snorkelling. I’m patient and good at giving clear calm instructions, which helps nervous and first-time guests feel confident very quickly."

"My favourite toy is the seabob. It’s fun for all ages, easy for beginners and great for exploring shallow coves and reefs. Guests always come back with huge smiles."
