Tom Cullieret, 31 years old, is the Captain of M/Y BIZMAN.
Born into a seafaring family and the son of a captain, he has been immersed in the world of yachting from an early age.
He began his career in the Mediterranean at just 16, working as a deckhand, and quickly developed both the technical skills and the service culture that define his approach today.
By the age of 18, he had already taken command of a Ferretti 731, remaining with the same owner for six years while cruising extensively throughout Corsica and Sardinia.
He later captained a Princess S78 for 2 years, before continuing his progression on board the Ferretti 800 and subsequently the new 37-metre BIZMAN with the same owner , reflecting a rare continuity of trust and long-term collaboration.
With more than twelve years of experience in the charter industry, Tom combines a deep passion for the sea, watersports, and hospitality with a calm and rigorous command style.
A native of Corsica, he has an exceptional knowledge of the region and a great ''carnet d'adresses'', as well as extensive cruising experience in the Mediterranean, including the Amalfi Coast, the Pontine Islands, Portofino, and beyond, as well as the Caribbean.
A natural leader, Tom places great importance on team cohesion and training, ensuring that every member of the crew performs at the highest level so that guests can enjoy a seamless, safe, and truly memorable experience on board.
Fluent in French, and comfortable in English and Italian, he communicates easily with an international clientele. When not at sea, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and pursuing his passions for volleyball and rally driving.

Passionate about gastronomy and driven by a constant pursuit of excellence, he trained and refined his craft within Michelin-starred restaurants in France, including La Chabotterie and Le 1201, and further enriched his culinary vision in Peru at Contraste. These experiences shaped a cuisine defined by precision, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients.
He began his career in the yachting industry on board a Ferretti 800 in 2025, working alongside the same captain, Tom, and follow the owner on the 37 meters Bizman, an experience that allowed him to discover the specific standards of hospitality and service at sea and to adapt his cuisine to the refined expectations of life on board.
Today, he brings this expertise to the yachting world, offering refined, bespoke dining experiences tailored to each guest. His cuisine is seasonal, elegant, and inspired by both local terroir and contemporary influences, always guided by balance, flavor, and presentation.
Calm, attentive, and dedicated, he approaches each service with the same attention to detail and sense of hospitality expected in the finest establishments, ensuring that every meal on board becomes a memorable moment of the journey.
A native French speaker, he is bilingual in Spanish and speaks English comfortably, allowing him to interact with an international clientele. When not in the galley, he enjoys swimming and running, though his greatest passion remains the art of cooking.

Romain Mascantonio, 28 years old, serves as Second Captain on board and brings more than ten years of experience at sea. Working closely with the Captain, he actively contributes to navigation and the overall management of the vessel, while also overseeing the yacht’s technical and mechanical operations, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of all systems.
During his career, he notably served as Second Captain on board the 50-metre yacht Black Legend, as well as on several similar yachts, developing strong operational and technical expertise.
Corsican by birth and at heart, Romain has a deep connection with the sea, which for him is far more than a profession—it is a true passion. Attentive, rigorous, and naturally discreet, he is committed to delivering a professional, safe, and warm experience for every guest on board.
Comfortable in English, he works easily in an international environment. Outside of his duties, he enjoys singing and music, passions that also contribute to the positive energy he brings on board.
