Passionate about sailing, kiteboarding, and surfing, he thrives under pressure and enhances every voyage with calm professionalism.

Max has spent 8 years at sea, completing 5 Atlantic crossings and once pulling off a sail repair at 20 knots on Christmas morning. Talk about dedication! He’s a rigging pro who’s comfortable working at heights, holding a Chief Mate 3000 license plus certifications in engineering and boat design. Max’s passions include skiing, rugby, wakeboarding, and motor racing. He loves yachting for the thrill of handling impressive vessels and regatta racing.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him into rugby, farming, and hanging with his three kids. What he loves most about yachting? She is worked in world-class spas and superyachts, always bringing a warm smile and calming energy. Off-duty? She’s chasing adrenaline, skydiving, paragliding, or mountain biking in Bolivia.

Captain Chris Gartner, an American-Austrian, has 33 years of maritime experience, primarily on sailing yachts. He contributed to the Maltese Falcon's pioneering Dynarig technology and completed 12 days of rewarding relief work on Motor Yacht SENSES in cyclone-stricken Vanuatu. Chris loves to ski big mountains, mountain biking, sailing, and kiting.

Benjamin’s been sailing for four years, racing in the Loro Piana with SY Missy and snagging 2nd at the Superyacht Cup. He’s also done a season aboard the legendary J Class Lionheart. With Powerboat Level 2 and navigation watch under his belt, Benjamin is a passionate sailor when he can spend all day fishing. He can also be found fying down mountain bike trails. He thrives on good crew vibes and the buzz of life at sea.
