With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Laurent is a talented chef and pastry chef whose career spans Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private villas, and superyachts. Trained in Cannes at the prestigious Nerée School of Classic Cuisine, he refined his skills under renowned chef Jacques Chibois before working at some of the French Riviera’s most celebrated establishments.
Known for his versatility, Laurent excels at creating bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service. His passion for baking and pastry led him to establish the successful café and bakery La Madeleine de Proust in Palma de Mallorca. With a strong technical background, including previous experience as Chief Assembling Engineer for Caterpillar in the USA and Canada — he brings exceptional knowledge of CAT and MTU engines and complex mechanical systems.
Having served as Chief Engineer on multiple busy yachts, Denys confidently manages all engine room operations, electrical and hydraulic systems, HVAC, and shipyard periods. His structured approach to planned maintenance and troubleshooting ensures seamless performance and reliability throughout every charter.

Daniel is a motivated deckhand at the start of his yachting career, bringing a strong work ethic and a growing passion for engineering. Raised in a family automotive business, he developed solid mechanical knowledge early on, which now supports his hands-on approach onboard.
He is experienced in all key deck duties, including washdowns, polishing, tender driving, mooring operations, and watersports setup. Always proactive, Daniel regularly assists with engineering tasks, gaining valuable technical experience and building toward his long-term goal of becoming an engineer.

Calm under pressure and solutions-focused, Jason is a reliable team player who thrives in fast-paced charter environments.
Growing up waterskiing, wakeboarding, and diving sparked his passion for life on the water, while being the eldest of five has made him naturally great with children. Hardworking, adaptable, and driven to progress toward his EOOW certification, Jason brings strong technical knowledge, a positive attitude, and dependable energy to every charter.
