Additionally, as a certified wakeboard and kitesurf instructor, Lorenzo enhances the guest experience by organizing watersport activities. Emanuele is a talented and experienced yacht chef with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine, specializing in seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Having worked aboard luxury sailing and motor yachts, he has catered to high-profile guests across the Côte d’Azur, Corsica, Sardinia, and the Amalfi Coast. Holding an STCW 95 and HACCP certification, he ensures the highest standards of safety and hygiene in food preparation.
