She studied Management & Hospitality. After a few years working in the Hotel Industry she had the opportunity to move to Nassau-Bahamas where she joined yachting 12 years ago. She always has a positive with a strong work ethic. She loves traveling, rescuing animals and doing pilates. One of her favourite places to go is Thailand where is had a beautiful time along with her dog Coco.

Alessandro is a very friendly and passionate Italian Chef, always ready to listen to the needs of the guests on board to satisfy their palates with delicious and creative menus. His passion for the kitchen started at a very young age cooking with his grandmothers. He specialized in Modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine but throughout his career he had the opportunity to travel and work in restaurants around the world which has enriched his cuisine with global flavours. After a solid restaurant background in 2023 he decided to start a career as Chef on luxury yachts. His goal is to bring creativity, authenticity, and quality to every dish, making each meal a unique and enjoyable experience for those he serves.
He is really passionate about the sea and nature and outdoor activities, he loves kitchen books and traveling. He speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
