Olivia Rose, born and raised on the Wirral England, where land and sea are never far apart it’s no surprise, she feels most at home outdoors, whether she’s hiking rugged trails, keeping fit, or simply soaking up nature. Her journey began with a clear course set for aviation operations, fueled by a love of travel and movement. But like any good story, it evolved. The pull of the sea, combined with her passion for exploration and sailing, naturally steered her toward the world of yachting where she truly found her rhythm. With years of experience in luxury retail personal shopping, Olivia has an instinctive understanding of what exceptional service looks and feels like. Looking after VIPs is not just a job, it is where she has her eye for detail, her grace under pressure, and her ability to anticipate needs before they are even spoken.

After studying Investment Finance at University, Stuart has practiced his knowledge in Glasgow as an analyst for an insurance fund. However, a rugby injury to his knee persuaded him to change his career path from a desk orientated job to something where he would be more active on his feet. It was his father’s and uncle’s love for boats that tempted him towards marine engineering. He started off his sea-going life working as an engineer on oil and gas tankers, travelling the world before making the switch to yachting. When not on board, Stuart spends his free time between Troon, on the West Coast of Scotland, and Guarujá, on the coast of São Paulo Brazil, together with his partner and their young son.

Half English and half New Zealander, Simon was on board boats long before he could walk. Enjoying summer holidays on board his parents Fairline motor cruiser clearly started a lifelong love for boats and adventure. His interest in sailing was inspired by the Swallows and Amazons books which lead to a long and successful sailing career in both monohulls and catamarans, winning numerous national and European titles along the way to training for the British Olympic sailing team. Whilst also enjoying cycling and other sports, the thirst for adventure found Simon moving to the Middle East shortly after Graduation from Southampton Solent University, to run a sailing school, which he did for 11 years. Numerous sailing adventures around the world eventually led to a career in super yachting which Simon enjoys immensely, and he is working towards his Master certification. Home is Spain where he has his wife, daughter and two rescue dogs.

Luke was born in Leamington, UK. He is passionate about travelling, and in addition to inter-railing around Europe, he planned and led a charity trip from London to Mongolia, which involved a 13,000-mile overland car journey. This experience gave him valuable insight into different cultures and societies, which has proven invaluable as he has developed his career as a chef. Luke's philosophy in the kitchen is to keep great produce simple, allowing top-quality ingredients to take center stage. He also has experience working with guests on celiac diets.

Bala’s two true passions in life have always been the land and the ocean. She grew up riding horses and teaching people horsemanship. This passion eventually led to her childhood dream of owning an equestrian centre. After spending many years of playing in the beautiful fields in Australia, she grew to learn that she needed to extend her horizons and embark on another journey. This is when she was introduced to yachting and another passion began. Bala loves to make people feel special and comfortable and enjoys the constant adventures which this busy lifestyle brings. During the past 12 years, she has been able to develop skills not just in managing the interior operations but in extensive refits and interior decorating aboard several prestigious yachts. She hopes to spend many more years in yachting and one day, take her skills and love for interior design to shore. In her free time, she loves mountain biking, swimming, hiking and anything to do with nature.

Keenan was born in the coastal town of Durban, South Africa and grew up racing South African motocross from the age of four. On his off days from racing, he would spend his time on the water wakeboarding, skiing and tubing with family and friends and this is where he found his love for the water and ultimately, the ocean. He has been in the yachting industry since April 2022 and has been to many iconic destinations along his journey. Although he is new to the industry, he has a passion for it in his heart and desires to one day work his way through the ranks. In 2021, he graduated from Varsity College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. An office job does not suit Keenan's character, so he decided to take a leap into the yachting industry to travel, network and explore different cultures around the world.
