Captain Lindsey was born in San Bernardino, CA to a military family. He moved to Florida as a young child and grew up on the waters there. Before joining yachting, Lindsey spent six years in the US Navy, ran his own development company and was a VP for Bank One (JP Morgan Chase). He holds a business degree from USF and a 200/500 ITC masters license with the USCG. Lindsey has run his own fishing and spearfishing charter business in the Florida Keys and in the Bocas Del Toro Panama.
Fort he past 15 years, Lindsey has run yachts up to 40m. He relishes in offering charters to show new experiences to families and friends alike, while introducing them to new cultures. Waters cruised include the Florida Keys, Bahamas, including Exumas, Abaco’s, Eleuthera and the Caribbean, including Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos, USVI and BVIs. He claims some of the best times watching whales breach in Samana, DR and seeing the sunset on the Panama Canal. Though the highlight of his life experience was witnessing the birth of his son.
His hobbies include big game hunting, fishing, spearfishing, diving and snow skiing.

Andrew, originally from Newport, Rhode Island, brings extensive hospitality experience from formal dining establishments and boutique hotels. Starting his maritime journey at the Community College of Rhode Island, he obtained STCW certification. In his maritime roles, he served as Second Stew, then Chief Stew on RELENTLESS (40m), managing daily interior tasks, crew provisioning, and communication. Andrew transitioned to HAPPY (30m) as a Sole Steward on an owner's live-aboard vessel. His career also includes a stint as a Sole Steward on LA DOLCE VITA (31m) during term charters FINALLY (27m) working on part-time steward duties on day and term charters around the Miami area. Highlights of his career include creating memorable experiences and meeting diverse guests. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, skiing, exploring unique dining experiences, and his most cherished life experience was a six day safari in South Africa. The best boat experiences for Andrew involve creating memories with guests and crew in the Bahamas. Additionally, he boasts a unique skill, rocking out at any karaoke bar!

With over eight years of hospitality experience and a strong foundation in event management, Marissa brings warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail to her role onboard. Since transitioning into yachting, she has gained valuable experience across both private and charter yachts up to 40m, confidently stepping into sole and third stew positions. From guest service to provisioning, cabin detailing to cocktail mixology, Marissa is adaptable and hands-on across all interior departments. Raised in the U.S. and now based in Europe, Marissa is known for her friendly nature, strong communication skills, and collaborative spirit. Her background in events and floristry makes her a standout when it comes to themed evenings and creative table settings. Energetic and approachable, she thrives in dynamic team environments and is always focused on creating memorable guest experiences. In her spare time, Marissa enjoys pilates, paddle boarding, and discovering new restaurants wherever she goes.

Meet Stephen, your go-to guy for everything from docking like a pro to reeling in the catch of the day. Originally from South Africa, Stephen brings over a decade of yachting experience, a big smile, and a serious passion for adventure. Whether he’s keeping the engines humming smoothly or organizing an epic day of water sports, he does it all with quiet confidence and good humor.
Stephen is also a certified Dive Master with hundreds of dives under his belt—so if you're up for exploring the underwater world, you're in very safe (and fun!) hands. With a background that spans fishing trips in Alaska to luxury charters in the Caribbean, Stephen knows how to help create unforgettable guest experiences both above and below the waterline.
When he's not working behind the scenes to keep everything shipshape, you’ll likely find him leading a snorkel excursion, helping guests master the paddleboards, or sharing stories from his travels around the world. He’s warm, attentive, and always ready to make your time onboard something truly special.

With a diverse culinary background and over a decade in high-end hospitality, Chef Alex Nogueiras brings creativity, precision, and passion to every plate. Trained in food handling, firefighting, and mixology, Alex has worked across a dynamic range of vessels from 40m to 164m, excelling in both private and charter programs. His cuisine is inspired by fusion flavours, Latin-Asian influences, and comfort food classics—with a flair for beautifully executed presentations and cocktail pairings.
From preparing bespoke menus for families on expedition trips in Costa Rica to managing demanding crossings and themed culinary experiences in the Caribbean and Alaska, Alex is a versatile and seasoned chef who thrives under pressure. His recent accolades include “Best Plate” at the 2023 Miami Superyacht Chef & Stew Competition. Calm, confident, and highly adaptable, Alex is as passionate about storytelling through food as he is about delighting guests with unforgettable dining experiences at sea.

Taylor grew up in upstate New York where life on the lake sparked her passion for the outdoors. She is a sport enthusiast who moved to Colorado for skiing, climbing, and mountain biking. After following her love for travel and new experiences, she swapped the mountains for the ocean where scuba diving, kiteboarding, and surfing took the lead. With an extensive background in the service industry, Taylor’s energy is naturally focused on making sure everyone is taken care of and having a good time. Her adventurous spirit and enthusiasm makes her a great facilitator of fun for your next trip.
