Jess brings energy and confidence to every service setting, with a background in high-volume cocktail bars on busy MSC cruise lines. She’s known for her speed, creativity, and ability to deliver standout service - crafting up to 100 cocktails a night, including her signature smoked drinks.
Now working as a superyacht stewardess, Jess is combining her bar expertise with the attention to detail required in yacht service. She’s friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Off duty, she enjoys the beach, great food, and exploring new places with crew mates.

Jessica "Jess" Coelho

Equal parts navigator, builder, and seafarer, Matthew brings over two decades of hands-on experience and technical know-how to his role as Captain onboard the M/Y BOADICEA. A qualified naval architect with an MCA Master 3000 ticket, he’s led yachts across some of the most challenging and remote cruising grounds on the planet - from the fjords of Alaska and the Sea of Cortez to the Mediterranean, Galápagos, Caribbean, and beyond.
Throughout his career, Matthew has helmed an impressive fleet of vessels, including the M/Y MOONSTONE (60m), the Damen M/V SHADOW (55m), and both the 40m and 35m M/Y ZOZO - serving as Build Captain and longtime skipper. He’s also commanded several classic sailing yachts in his early days.
Outside of yachting, Matthew is a certified SCUBA Instructor, an accomplished diver, and has a strong interest in expedition cruising, marine engineering, and sustainable operations. He enjoys exploring remote destinations, mountain trekking, and off-the-beaten-path travel. Whether overseeing new builds, managing refits, or curating guest itineraries, Matthew combines precision, leadership, and an easygoing attitude that crews enjoy and guests appreciate.

Winston brings over a decade of experience in high-end kitchens - from private island estates to some of the industry’s most iconic yachts, including M/Y SALUZI (70m) and M/Y AL LUSAIL (123m). As a key part of the culinary team onboard M/Y BOADICEA, he operates as a steady and skilled Sous Chef, known for his calm under pressure, razor-sharp prep, and globally inspired fusion cuisine.
He’s the kind of chef who quietly keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes - making sure crew meals hit the spot, the galley stays spotless, and the Head Chef is always supported. With a background that includes six years as Head Chef at a private island residence in Thailand, Winston is no stranger to VIP service or fast-paced kitchens.
Originally from the Philippines and now based in Thailand, Winston is happiest when cooking at sea. Off the clock, you’ll find him jogging, travelling, or enjoying time with his family.

Nikolina brings a great mix of charm, calm, and solid experience to the interior. She’s been involved in busy programmes on yachts like S/Y MAXITA (40m), M/Y STELLA MARIS (72m), and M/Y LA LA LAND (45m) - always with a warm smile and a sharp eye for detail. With a background in UHNW estate management and a British Butler Institute qualification under her belt, she knows how to keep service polished and the team running smoothly. She’s big on good energy, creative table setups, and making guests feel at home.
Off duty? She’s probably hiking, training, or planning her next adventure. Niko loves travelling, practicing yoga, and is a big dog lover - her pup Frenki awaits her back home.

Dylan’s the kind of deckhand who gets stuck in wherever he’s needed, whether it’s launching tenders, setting up a beach day, or jumping in to help the interior team. He’s got a good eye for detail, keeps a cool head under pressure, and genuinely enjoys being part of a hardworking crew. With a background in electrical and IT systems and time spent assisting on private boats, he’s practical, reliable, and always up for learning something new.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him surfing, hiking, or fishing - anything outdoors and close to the water.

Dylan Reid

Tyler is a hands-on deckhand who’s just as comfortable sanding teak as he is launching tenders or setting up a beach day. With experience on 50m+ yachts, he’s built a solid foundation in deck operations, maintenance, and guest support, always keeping things tidy, organised, and running smoothly.
His background in furniture restoration gives him a real edge when it comes to carpentry - from teak care and Sikaflex repairs to detailed finishing work. He’s practical, reliable, and takes pride in getting the job done properly.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him surfing, hiking, or working on hands-on projects, usually involving wood or anything outdoors.

Matt is a highly experienced Chief Engineer with over three decades in the maritime industry, bringing a calm, knowledgeable, and hands-on approach to life onboard M/Y BOADICEA. His career spans some of the world’s most prominent yachts, including M/Y RISING SUN (138m), M/Y CRESCENT (134m), and M/Y ONA (110m), where he has led large engineering teams and overseen complex technical operations at the highest level.
Having previously served as Chief Engineer onboard M/Y BOADICEA, Matt returns with a deep understanding of the vessel and her programme.
Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, diving, coastal swimming, and playing guitar - bringing a balanced, easy-going energy to the team onboard.

With an impressive interior and wellness background on yachts like M/Y AL LUSAIL (123m), M/Y O’PTASIA (88m), M/Y JAZ (55m), M/Y NORTHSTAR (63m), and M/Y O’PARI (95m), she blends top-tier service with a calm, professional presence that elevates every guest experience.
She’s a true multitasker: delivering flawless hot stone and Thai massages one moment, detailing guest cabins the next, and stepping in with a warm smile wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s folded towels or facial scrubs, everything she touches is done with care.
Off the clock? Wilhelmina unwinds by singing Japanese songs (she’s got range!) or diving into the latest tech - always exploring new gadgets and apps. It’s her kind of self-care. Friendly, zen, and endlessly capable, she’s the quiet heartbeat of the spa and a favourite among guests and crew alike.

She’s previously worked on M/Y ALULIM (53m) and M/Y STEEL (55m), where she supported fast-paced operations and occasionally led the team in the absence of senior crew. With a background in hotel and tourism, Jessica is confident in guest service, housekeeping, and turnarounds.
She speaks five languages fluently and loves staying active - n whether it's beach volleyball, skiing, or exploring nature between charters.

Sergii brings over a decade of engineering experience to the engine room of M/Y BOADICEA, where he keeps operations steady and seamless. He started his maritime career on tankers in 2014 before transitioning to yachting, including time onboard M/Y SIBELLE (67m).
Now based in Germany, this quietly focused Ukrainian engineer is as passionate about precision onboard as he is off - where you’ll find him restoring classic cars, drifting, or riding motorcycles. Calm under pressure and deeply committed to his craft, Sergii takes pride in doing things right and aspires to one day step into the Chief Engineer role.
