Will grew up in Derbyshire in the UK, the furthest from the water in any direction. Despite this, he has been around or involved with boats from an early age. He isn't a typical sailor, only coming into yachting from the age of 30. In every position before and including yachting, Will has always had leadership roles, some of which carried as much responsibility, and in some cases more than a yacht skipper. This makes him versatile and calm in all situations. He takes pride in keeping guest satisfaction and safety high among his priorities. Outside of work, Will enjoys classic cars, mountain biking and skiing.
