Known for her warm personality and strong work ethic, Maisie approaches every task with energy and professionalism. Growing up in New Zealand, she developed a love for the outdoors and enjoys skiing, hiking, travelling, photography, exploring new restaurants, and spending time by the ocean.

Entering the yachting industry at 30, he brings a slightly unconventional path, underpinned by a strong background in leadership. Throughout his career, both before and within yachting, Will has consistently held senior roles, often carrying responsibilities equal to or exceeding those of a yacht skipper.
This experience has shaped a calm, adaptable approach, allowing him to perform confidently in any situation. He places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety, ensuring both remain at the forefront at all times.
Outside of work, Will enjoys classic cars, mountain biking, and skiing.

With over two decades of experience spanning Michelin starred kitchens to demanding charter environments, he represents the modern yacht chef: versatile, composed under pressure, and relentlessly focused on guest experience. Luke’s cooking style is defined by a thoughtful fusion of classical French technique with bold Asian influences, underpinned by a strong commitment to seasonality and locally sourced ingredients.
Outside the galley, Luke maintains an active lifestyle, with a particular passion for surfing and football—interests that align naturally with the dynamic, outdoor rhythm of yachting life.

Jodie is known for her calm approach, strong organisational skills, and supportive leadership style. With a passion for guest experience and a creative eye for presentation, she ensures every detail is thoughtfully executed, creating a welcoming and seamless onboard atmosphere.

Originally from Plymouth in the UK, Matt brings over 20 years of experience at sea, including a decade in the commercial sector followed by ten years in yachting. With a strong passion for engineering, he thrives on the variety and technical challenges involved in ensuring everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes.
Away from the yacht, Matt enjoys bouldering and taking on house renovation projects, finding real satisfaction in building and fixing things. Recently, life has taken an exciting new turn with the arrival of his first baby boy, now 12 weeks old, and he is thoroughly embracing the journey of fatherhood.
Friendly and approachable, Matt is always happy to share insights into life in the engine room and is dedicated to ensuring your time onboard is both smooth and enjoyable.

Benjamin Burger is a dedicated Deckhand with two successful Mediterranean seasons cruising throughout France, Italy, and Greece. He has gained valuable experience as Sole Deckhand and Engineer Assistant on M/Y Emotion, a San Lorenzo SL96, as well as Sole Deckhand on M/Y Mello, an 87ft Sunseeker. His background includes maintaining high exterior standards, assisting with engineering operations, tender handling, guest services, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations on board. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to continue developing within the yachting industry, Benjamin brings a reliable and adaptable approach to every task. Outside of yachting, Benjamin enjoys fishing, DJing, water skiing, golfing, hiking, and travelling.

Her strong connection to the sea inspires her to create memorable experiences, whether through water-based activities or sharing the excitement of fishing. A passionate fisherwoman, Sam particularly enjoys teaching others, helping them build confidence while connecting with nature.
Her involvement in sea rescue reflects a genuine commitment to supporting others in critical moments, always prioritising safety and care. Through her journey into yachting, Sam has seamlessly combined her love of the ocean with her desire to create positive, meaningful experiences, building connections with like-minded individuals who share her adventurous spirit.

Thomas Farragher is a highly experienced Chief Engineer with over 14 years in the maritime industry, bringing extensive knowledge from luxury motor yachts, sailing yachts, and cruise ships. He has successfully managed engineering operations on vessels ranging from 50m to 143m, with his most recent roles as Chief Engineer on M/Y Julia and M/Y Bombay. Known for his hands-on approach, strong leadership, and commitment to reliability, Thomas ensures smooth, safe, and efficient yacht operations while supporting an exceptional experience for owners and guests. Calm, proactive, and team-focused, Thomas takes pride in creating a positive working environment and mentoring those around him. Away from the engine room, Thomas enjoys staying active through hiking, swimming, cycling, golf, and scuba diving, as well as cooking, travelling, woodworking, reading, and exploring creative hobbies including painting and pottery.
