Miho was born and raised in Croatia. He graduated from the University of Dubrovnik, where he completed the Special Education Program for Seafarers at the Faculty of Maritime Studies. With a deep passion for the maritime industry, he began his professional career in 2007 as an Engine Cadet.
He then spent over a decade building extensive engineering experience on cruise ships with Cruise Line. Miho steadily worked his way up from 3rd Engineer to 2nd Engineer, maintaining complex shipboard machinery and ensuring strict environmental compliance. In June 2024, he successfully transitioned into the luxury yachting industry, joining the prestigious M/Y Lady Moura as a 1st Engineer. He is a motivated, highly adaptable team player with natural leadership abilities.

Born in the UK, Dean enjoyed studying at Wray Castle in the heart of the lake district, qualifying in Electrical Engineering and Morse Code. Here, he also developed a love for the area and returns several times a year for long walks in the beautiful fells.
Dean qualified as an Electrical Technical Engineer and a Radio Officer in 1991 and has a broad spectrum of experience in High Voltage propulsion systems, electrical and mechanical systems, Information Technology, and Audio Visual Systems.
Dean and his wife have six children together – and also a cockerpoo to occupy all that remains of their free time.

Jamie was born and raised in Dunoon, Scotland, where he started his Merchant Navy cadetship straight after finishing high school.
After gaining his Engineering Officer of the Watch License at the age of 21, Jamie was offered a position by the company that put him through his cadetship. Jamie gained experience working for the survey company for 9 years, also believing longevity in a company goes a long way.
When on leave, Jamie enjoys spending time with family. He’s a very keen footballer and captains the local team back home in Dunoon. Jamie, along with his brother and father, enjoys following Scotland’s national football team all over the globe.

Sarah-Jane was born and raised in Cape Town, traveling between South Africa and the UK. Before getting into yachting, she worked at Cape Point Vineyards, where she developed a strong work ethic and love for hospitality. Pursuing her sense of adventure, she started her yachting career in 2016 on Leander G and has since gained 10 years of experience in the industry, working on well-known yachts such as Savannah and Bliss. She enjoys the fast -paced lifestyle of yachting and takes pride in keeping high standards while creating a warm and welcoming environment onboard.
In her free time, SJ enjoys being outdoors, going on coastal walks, hiking, and staying active. She also has a creative side and loves pottery, interior styling, and minimalist design. She loves meeting people from different backgrounds and enjoys the balance that travel and life at sea bring.

Daniela was born and raised in Romania in a large family with 3 girls and 2 boys. Since she was a child, she has
dreamed of traveling the world. Upon becoming a certified Spa Therapist, Daniela embarked on a career that
took her to the high seas in 2013, a journey of which she cherished every moment. Daniela is a very passionate
and versatile Therapist. From a targeted massage to a lymphatic facial, she will create a treatment tailored to
your needs. She is also an active person who likes to stay fit and healthy and ready for new adventures. Since
transferring to yachts, she has worked on several high-profile yachts, one of which is the 147m A+, before joining AHPO in May 2024.

Daniela Dume

Louis was born and raised on the channel island of Guernsey, United Kingdom. Louis is the middle of three brothers who are very close and keep in close contact. He finished his education after A-levels and decided to take a gap year travelling central and South America. After a few months found himself returning to the UK and starting the journey in the yachting industry.
Louis started day-working in April 2024, and landed his first permanent position onboard M/Y Ecstasea an 86 meter Feadship before joining Motor yacht AHPO for a couple of temporary positions.
Louis maintains his health and fitness, frequently running and going to the gym. He also enjoys hiking and plans to progress to more challenging hikes in the future.

Gina grew up in Durban, South Africa and has been in the yachting industry for eight years. She has always enjoyed being in service and takes pride in creating a positive experience for guests.
She joined yachting with a passion for hospitality and loves the lifestyle that comes with working at sea. She enjoys being part of a large, tight-knit crew and values the teamwork that makes yacht life so unique.
She is a very social person who loves to make people laugh. Gina hopes to progress her career to an interior manager role one day.

Matej grew up in a municipality near the city of Rijeka. He attended maritime school after spending much of his time around his father’s small boat as a child.
His first job was on a passenger ship, after which he completed his engine cadetship. He also finished his COC license and proceeded to join the Ro-Ro passenger ship as a 3rd Engineer. Matej has also worked offshore on a dive support vessel as a 3rd Engineer before later transitioning to yachts.In his free time, Matej likes to play and coach football. He has even obtained a football coach license. He also likes to play tennis, be with his family and friends, go for walks, and go cycling.

Tiffany grew up in Sweden with Lebanese parents in a large, close-knit family where food was a central part of life. From a young age, she worked in restaurants, fostering a passion for hospitality and culture.
She has always dreamed of traveling the world, experiencing new cuisines, and connecting with different cultures. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys cooking, reading, and staying active through workouts.
While studying in Barcelona, Tiffany was introduced to yachting and after graduating, decided to take the leap and try yachting.
She joined her first yacht, M/Y ACE, in 2022. She then went on to work on M/Y BLUE for a year and a half , and then decided to do some temporary work between positions.
