Throughout her career, Alejandra has worked as a cook and stewardess on private and charter yachts in Ibiza, Tenerife, and the Caribbean. From fresh Mediterranean cuisine to international fusion dishes, she adapts her cooking to the tastes of each guest, always using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.
Her role as cook during transatlantic crossings and weekly charters aboard catamarans like the Bali 5.4 reflects her ability to perform under pressure, ensuring meals are not only delicious but also balanced and comforting at sea.
In addition to her culinary skills, Alejandra is a certified Divemaster and Marine Conservation Instructor, combining her love for the ocean with a lifestyle of healthy, conscious cooking.

Born in Valencia in 1983, she has been a stewardess since 2011. She discovered her vocation for the sea while sailing one day with friends and since then she has been working in this profession for 14 years.
She is a very organised and caring person, she likes everything to be in order to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. She always tries to do her best and provides exceptional table service.
