About CAPPUCCINO
CAPPUCCINO features an interior design by Celeste Dell' Anna, offering a welcoming décor of fine woods and neutral soft furnishings. The main salon is a contemporary open plan, with a spacious lounge aft including opposing sofas, occasional chairs, and coffee tables. Forward is a full-beam formal dining area. A foyer on the starboard side leads to the full-beam master stateroom, while additional guest accommodation is provided below decks in four en-suite cabins.
CAPPUCCINO boasts expansive exterior living spaces across two decks. Adjacent to the salon is a shaded aft deck with a spacious alfresco dining area. A staircase on the port side provides access to the upper deck, which features seating, alfresco dining, and two double sunpads, offering spectacular views. Aft steps lead down to an extended swim platform. Wide side decks allow easy access to the large foredeck with a raised double sunpad.
Comfortable accommodation on board CAPPUCCINO includes five well-appointed, versatile cabins, each with private en-suite facilities and entertainment systems. The master suite is located on the main deck forward of the salon, featuring a centrally positioned king-size bed, a desk, a spacious en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, and a walk-in wardrobe. Below decks, two double cabins can be combined to create a large VIP cabin, or remain as two separate double cabins. Additionally, there are two twin cabins each with side-by-side single beds.

Since April 2025, Chef Guillaume Mocquin has been the Head Chef aboard the 36-meter motor yacht CAPPUCCINO, where he delivers an exceptional and highly personalized culinary experience for both private and charter guests.
Drawing from his extensive background on yachts up to 62 meters, and a repertoire that spans French, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Middle Eastern, and other international cuisines, Guillaume curates refined menus that reflect not only guest preferences but also local flavors and seasonal ingredients sourced from the yacht’s cruising regions.
A self-taught and passionate chef, Guillaume is known for his adaptability, creativity, and calm presence in high-pressure environments. Aboard CAPPUCCINO, he is responsible for the full galley operation, from provisioning and stock management to the execution of gourmet meals for both intimate family dining and high-end events. His ability to meet specific dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergy-sensitive menus, has made him a trusted and versatile culinary partner to owners and charterers alike.
