The interior service team is multinational, with extensive experience in high-end hospitality at sea, including crew members from the UK, the US, France, and Sweden.
The remainder of the deck team is primarily Scandinavian nationality with experience navigating the Arctic.
Captain Arctics expedition leaders come from diverse backgrounds. All have extensive experience leading expeditions ashore and at sea and live locally or have spent significant time working in the region.
