All the way from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Marnus Booysen is our energetic and full-of-life Chief Officer—an individual who was truly born to be on the ocean. With an undeniable passion for the sea and the incredible creatures that call it home, Marnus has “sea feet” like no other. Whether he’s diving beneath the surface alongside guests or out on the water toys, you’ll always find him in his element, sharing his love for the ocean with everyone around him.

Charming, fun, and endlessly creative, Marnus is the kind of crew member who brings a spark to every moment onboard. He has a natural talent for thinking outside the box, turning any experience into something more exciting and exotic for guests. If you’re looking for a tour guide, dive buddy, or simply someone to learn a thing or two about the ocean from, Marnus is your guy. Outside of work, Marnus enjoys the thrill of a challenge—whether that’s testing his skills on the golf course or uncovering hidden gems wherever his travels take him. A fun, bubbly individual, she has a deep love for the sea and the adventures that come with cruising around the world. For Zeldené, yachting isn’t just about the journey—it’s about the people she meets along the way, the friendships she creates, and the unforgettable experiences she shares. Even though life at sea can sometimes be daunting, she embraces the challenge with courage, always ready to take risks and dive into new adventures.

Zeldené’s true passion lies in planning exciting, creative events and designing stunning decorations that transform every moment into something magical for guests. She pours her heart into her work, taking great pride in every detail to ensure guests experience not just service, but memories that will last a lifetime. With a kind and caring spirit, she naturally encourages those around her, helping others grow while making them feel proud of what they’ve achieved.

All the way from Paarl, South Africa, Christiaan Bezuidenhout is our Bosun onboard bringing endless laughter and light-hearted energy to the crew. Known for his quick wit and constant jokes, he keeps the deck full of smiles while ensuring guests feel relaxed and entertained. His positive energy makes him not just a great teammate, but also someone guests normally enjoy being around.

Christiaan enjoys being the ocean having fun in the sun and cruising around on a jet ski on crystal clear waters. On land he enjoys playing golf, always up for a challenge and embracing every opportunity to have fun. He lives life much like a free-spirited leaf carried by the wind- easygoing, adventurous and always in for a good time.

Beyond his humor and adventurous spirit, Christiaan is deeply committed to his career in the yachting industry. He values personal growth and takes pride in learning, improving, and striving to be better every single day. His dedication, combined with his lighthearted personality, makes him a well-rounded and invaluable part of the team.

Travis was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved to the warm East Coast of Durban at the age of 12. There he discovered his love for watersports, mostly surfing, canoeing and sailing. In 2017, he became a lifeguard in the US for two years before becoming a windsurfing instructor in Bali for a further two years and then a sailing instructor in Seychelles for a year. Travis has a great passion for the yachting industry, his vast experience in water sports and safety, combined with his personality will have you laughing and enjoying each and every day onboard.

In the beautiful town of Raleigh, North Carolina, with summers spent along the coasts of New England, is where our Captain’s love for the water began. At just eight years old, he received his first boat, sparking a lifelong passion for boating and adventure at sea.


With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, he holds a USCG 1600/3000-ton Oceans license and has worked in every role onboard, making him a well-rounded and highly respected Captain. His career has taken him around the globe, from the icy waters of Alaska to the Mediterranean, North Sea, Caribbean, and countless crossings in between. He has also managed award-winning new builds, major refits, and successful charter programs, always bringing a hands-on and “can-do” approach to every challenge.

Based in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and two grown children, our Captain enjoys fishing, diving, skiing, and spending time at their family retreat in the Bahamas. He believes in fostering a happy crew environment and creating unforgettable experiences for owners and guests alike.
