Jessica built her career in hospitality and catering in Nice, notably at the Sheraton Hotel in Nice.
Through these experiences, she developed a strong focus on customer service and organization, as well as a genuine interest in cuisine and high-quality service standards.
She then moved into Yachting as a Chef Stewardess, where she strengthened her versatility and actively contributed to meal preparation and onboard dining organization.
Now working as a Chef de Partie, Jessica focus on cuisine, menu creation, and maintaining high standards to deliver a high-quality guest experience in demanding environments.

Thomas is a young but experienced captain with 15 years of sea-going experience under his belt! He began his journey as a deckhand on passenger vessels before transitioning to a private 58-foot yacht, where he spent three years as a skipper, exploring the enchanting waters of Greece, the Balearic Islands, and Corsica. Subsequently, he embarked on a transatlantic voyage aboard a 44-meter yacht as the second officer. In 2018, Thomas joined the owner of Care One – Ferretti 650 and followed her launch, delivering impeccable service and professionalism over the next three years until he opted for a year-long hiatus to pursue personal endeavors. When the owner decided to upgrade to the new Ferretti Yachts 670 model, Thomas returned, diligently overseeing every stage of construction, delivery, and charter season preparation for this magnificent vessel. Motivated, proactive, and dedicated to client satisfaction, Thomas eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome guests aboard!
