Danielle joins M/Y CAROM this season having previously worked as a Sole Stewardess onboard 26m M/Y Fourteen. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, always greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. Danielle is a cheerful and outgoing member of the team and passionate about hospitality, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles, cooking, camping and anything craft and fashion related.

Lana joined the yacht industry in 2023 having worked on the likes of 29m M/Y Colonel Manderson and 21m racing S/Y Hypr to name a few. She is an enthusiastic and dedicated Chief Stewardess with extensive hospitality experience, committed to providing the guests on board M/Y CAROM with an exceptional and comfortable holiday. She is a perfectionist when it comes to maintaining the yacht, taking pride in keeping the interior in pristine condition at all times. When Lana is not hard at work, she enjoys photography, reading and fitness.

Svetlana (Lana) Pavlukevica
Chief steward/ess
Philip is an English-French professional with a strong background in wine and yachting. Growing up in Burgundy, he developed a deep understanding of wine before transitioning to the charter and commercial yachting industry in France.
Currently the First Mate on MY CAROM, he has extensive experience on classic sailing yachts in the Mediterranean. His roles have included overseeing deck operations, vessel maintenance, regatta participation, and long-distance navigation.
Holding a Master 200 GT (Capitaine 200) certification, Philip is highly skilled in both sailing and motor navigation. Passionate about windsurfing, mountain biking, and reading, he is adaptable, efficient, and thrives under pressure.

Philip Delannoy
First Officer
Peter gained his marine experience working as a diving instructor and later captain on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. He has cruised extensively in the Pacific and has dived in the most exotic locations.
For the last twenty years he has been based in Mallorca, working as a Captain on busy charter sailing and motor yachts. His knowledge on the cruising waters of the Balearics and the western Mediterranean is difficult to beat.

Germán Andrés Camino Perera is a passionate and highly experienced chef who brings creativity, energy, and refined Mediterranean flair to the galley aboard CAROM. After training professionally in culinary arts, Germán spent over 12 years working in five-star hotels and renowned restaurants before transitioning into the yachting industry, where he has continued to develop his versatile and guest-focused cooking style.
Having worked as Sole Chef on both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic crossings, Germán is skilled in creating vibrant, healthy, and beautifully presented cuisine tailored to guests’ preferences. His experience ranges from intimate guest dining to high-volume galley operations, always maintaining exceptional standards and attention to detail.
Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and Catalan, Germán is known for his warm personality, adaptability, and calm approach under pressure. Passionate about travel, fitness, watersports, and discovering new cultures, he brings positive energy to life on board while ensuring every dining experience aboard CAROM is memorable and full of flavor.
