Adding to the amazing dynamic onboard Harry is strong willed and enthusiastic having a get it done attitude. He loves working on charter boats as he can meet amazing people from all around the world. Mladen was born in the city of Zadar and grew up on the Island Ugljan. Growing up next to the beach, he cannot imagine living anywhere without seeing the ocean. Growing up around his parents and relatives, listening to their stories about traveling across the globe, he decided that was the life for him. Mladen completed Maritime high school in Zadar and cadet ship on Tankers. His other passion is fishing, snorkeling and wind surfing. Mladen joined the commercial merchant navy, where he spent 6 years. Mladen finally discovered yachting in 2009 while fishing in the Adriatic and Mediterranean sea. This was a whole new world for him which he has loved ever since. His problem solving skills and calm, positive mindset makes him a great asset to the Carpe Diem program.

Dylan grew up in Aberdeen, Scotland. He has been in yachting for 4years and absolutely loves life at sea but wishes he could bring along his two dogs Socks and Dexter. He loves music and thinks he is a bit of a playlist DJ. His guilty pleasure is reality tv - the more drama the better. He has the whole crew hooked on Vanderpump Rules. One of his favorite parts of the industry is being a part of some of the most magical times in people’s lives. If you had to ask him his spirit animal? It would be a Panda but we think he is more a spirit person with Paris Hilton because he ‘’ Loves-it’’!

He is a passionate photographer who has shot around the world and been published many times. He loves vinyl records and has an epic collection in his Barcelona apartment. Yon, knows everyone, everywhere and somehow knows the DJs at every night club we’ve been too. He brings a party to life with his energy and ability to always end up in the DJ booth. He has been in yachting for 20 years and loves the adventure it brings.
