Unlike traditional catamarans, Cece stands apart through her sleek, contemporary lines, more closely resembling those of a monohull, while offering the generous volumes typical of a twin-hull configuration. Roberto has been working at sea for over eight years, gaining solid experience on both private and commercial yachts. He holds a Master 200GT and OOW 500GT certification and has also served as Assistant Engineer aboard M/Y Almax, demonstrating a versatile and hands-on approach to yacht operations.
Despite his young age, Roberto has navigated extensively across the North Sea, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the US East Coast, building strong navigational expertise in diverse conditions. He has an excellent knowledge of onboard equipment, machinery, and navigation systems, as well as a thorough understanding of water toys and guest activities.
Known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and approachable nature, Roberto is always willing to assist both guests and crew, ensuring a safe and enjoyable onboard experience. He’s fluent in Italian and English.

With previous experience aboard a 50m luxury yacht, he is well accustomed to the demands of high-end yachting and delivering tailored dining experiences. He’s fluent in Italian and English.

Alessia joined M/Y Almax in 2024 after completing two demanding charter seasons aboard M/Y Love Song and M/Y Keoma, where she worked as Sole Stewardess/Chef. She is highly efficient in all aspects of the interior department, delivering exceptional standards in service, housekeeping, and laundry. With a strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude, Alessia ensures guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay on board. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs make her a valuable asset to the crew.
She has a genuine passion for the yachting and shipbuilding industry, from concept to delivery, and enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and learning languages. She’s fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, French.
