Originally from France, Safwene is a highly skilled captain with over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry. During his career Safwene managed to find time to become a French champion in kickboxing in 2019 with a 2nd Degree Black Belt.
Safwene's journey in the yachting industry began as an engineer on various motor yachts. He then advanced to the position of 1st officer/engineer onboard CENTURION, before being promoted to captain in 2020. His extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience enable him to effectively manage the demands of yacht management, owners, and crew members, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
Familiar with most systems on board a motor yacht, Safwene aims to continually enhance his skills and strive to be the safest and most competent master. He is fluent in both English and French, and in his spare time, he enjoys a variety of sports including motorcycling, boxing, football, mountain biking, and playing chess.

Charles is a passionate and versatile chef with a rich culinary background spanning 15 years in gastronomy. As a Franco-Greek chef, he combines his heritage with a flair for diverse global cuisines, including Japanese, Italian, Greek, Indian, and plant-based dishes. His culinary journey began in Michelin-starred establishments, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Formerly the owner and head chef of Valmidi restaurant in Lyon, Charles mastered the art of creating refined, semi-gourmet dishes while leading a dynamic kitchen. His experience as a sole chef on a private yacht further honed his ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences at sea.
Charles approaches cooking with creativity, adaptability, and a deep respect for ingredients. Known for his calm and focused demeanor, he seamlessly blends fine dining techniques with innovative concepts. Fluent in French, English, and Greek, he thrives both as a leader and a team player, bringing dedication and expertise to every culinary project.

Elmizanne Kleynhans is a capable and well-rounded stewardess with experience across both private and charter yachts, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to guest service.
She has a strong foundation in interior duties, including meal service, housekeeping, and inventory management, while also confidently supporting deck operations. Her dual role as Stewardess CENTURION and Chase Boat Captain demonstrates her versatility, handling guest transfers, coordinating
activities, and ensuring smooth logistics throughout the charter.
Efficient and organised, Elmizanne is comfortable managing busy schedules, quick turnarounds, and high guest expectations. She also contributes to watersports setup and tender operations, adding value beyond the interior. With a straightforward, professional approach and a focus on reliability, she helps ensure a well-run and enjoyable experience on board.

Anro is a hard-working, respectful, and well-organized individual. His personal health and wellbeing are very important to him, and he enjoys exercise. His hobbies include watersports, and he finds reading very relaxing. Anro views obstacles as learning opportunities and is fortunate to be a fast learner.
Before joining CENTURION, Anro worked as a Deckhand on a 38m S/Y, which taught him how to communicate professionally with people of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
Anro's overall goal in this career is to climb the hierarchy and create longevity in his line of work.
Originally from South Africa, Anro speaks English and Afrikaans.
Sebastian is a talented and innovative Deckhand/Steward hailing from the Philippines. Being multiskilled, he embarked on his culinary journey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management in his home country. Passionate about learning through experiences and collaboration, Sebastian thrives in a team environment, continually enhancing his skills alongside his crew.
Beyond his love for cooking, Sebastian enjoys baking, watching movies, and singing and dancing in his spare time. His dedication to maintaining safety onboard is bolstered by his extensive experience and numerous qualifications.
Throughout his career, Sebastian has worked on various yachts, where he mastered the art of balancing work and camaraderie. Sebastian is fluent in both English and Filipino, making him an effective communicator in diverse settings.
