She has worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for 25 years, including 21 years at Scandic Hell Hotel. She loves working in service and enjoys making a difference by helping others feel happy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on horseback rides in the woods and fields, and relaxing at the family cabin.

Rafal is a man of many talents but the one that is most revered his culinary expertise. Whether it is Italian, Spanish, French, Danish, Thai or even Mediterranean, Rafal will bring the destination to your plate and palate! He can tailor make dishes pertaining to your exclusive tastes and palate. He loves to travel and has great communication skills. He works well under pressure with the main objective that the charter party has impeccable food service. He has an excellent sense of humour, so when he is not cooking he would be happy to share few laughs should you swing by the galley. He can effortlessly accommodate any request and gives each dish the attention it deserves. His hobbies include music, sports, cinema, swimming and diving.

Terje is very knowledgeable in this unique cruising location with beautiful coastlines and dramatic mountains. Being local, Terje always has interesting recommendations that sets the itinerary apart from others.
