Chef Feberlito began his culinary career in professional kitchens before entering the yachting industry in 2024. Prior to joining CHANTELLA, he worked as Crew Chef aboard M/Y AURA and gained valuable experience in private villas and restaurants in France and the UAE. He enjoys preparing a variety of international dishes, with a focus on fresh ingredients, quality presentation, and personalised guest experiences.

Captain Tristan Jay Palomares started on board M/Y Chantella in 2019. He spent his first season as a deckhand, before gaining his AEC engineering license and being promoted as an on-board engineer. After a seamless start to his time on deck, he prepared for the Yachtmaster Shorebased Exam, and followed this up with the Yachtmaster Certificate of Competence. He continued completing all qualifications to become the captain on Chantella. Brimming with qualifications and with years of experience cruising in the wonderful waters of Italy and the Mediterranean, Tristan is the ideal captain to bring your yachting dreams to life. He is full of smiles and very welcoming to guests.
