Natalya joined Clarity in 2017. Natalya comes from a long line of sailors and has experience in the service industry both at sea and in the air. She has previously worked for Aeroflot as cabin crew and also aboard cruise ships. At university, Natalya studied Roman Languages and Philology (the study of languages). Natalya is a great host and looks forward to anticipating her guests every wish and delivering the highest level of service.

Zane has been in the boating industry for 4 years and is diligently working his way up in the industry to gain experience and knowledge toward his future yachting career. He was involved in commercial fishing and charter trips. Zane is an outdoor enthusiast, avid fisherman, and enjoys traveling.
Radek was born in the port town of Szczecin in North West Poland. After finishing studying car engineering at secondary school, he pursued his dream of working on ships by enrolling at the Marine Academy and becoming a Marine Engineer. After a few years working on cargo ships, Radek was ready for a new adventure and joined the super-yacht industry as Chief Engineer. In his spare time, he enjoys competitive football, squash, and skiing.

Serena comes from the Liguria area which is known as the Italian Riviera. Being from a family where organic home-grown Italian cooking is practiced daily, her cuisine is Mediterranean based consisting of healthy ingredients and cooking techniques. Being involved at popular beach restaurants and a wine bar on the Riviera in the past, she joined the super yacht industry in 2019. In her spare time, she is an avid skier and like to spend her free time in the mountains.
Deon is originally from Cape Town and used to work in the IT sector when he decided to join the Yachting Industry in 2007. Both the ocean and water sports formed an integral part of his life. Thanks to his knowledge of both sail and power yachts, he managed to cruise extensively in the Mediterranean and Caribbean while instrumental in yacht deliveries between the 2 regions in his spare time. Deon joined M/Y CLARITY in 2008 as a seasonal First Mate before becoming Captain. In his spare time, he embraces activities like, surfing, cycling, and fishing.
