Having closely followed the success of Tramontana and Clase Azul, Ivan was excited to join such a highly motivated and professional team. Now entering his second season aboard Clase Azul, he continues to impress both guests and crew with his friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a top - tier charter experience. Passionate about continuous improvement, Ivan regularly pursues additional education and training to further develop his maritime knowledge and skills. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors with friends, and deepening his understanding of the yachting industry.

Mate is a skilled Sous Chef with extensive experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants across Croatia and Germany, specialising in Mediterranean and international cuisine. Experienced in all kitchen sections, Mate has a strong background in menu creation, banquet preparation, HACCP procedures, and high volume service operations. His creativity, attention to detail, and passion for refined presentation allow him to consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Tomislav “Tomo” is an experienced Chief Steward with an extensive background in luxury hospitality, fine dining service, and charter yacht operations. Having served aboard private and charter yachts up to 50 metres, Tomo excels in high-level guest service, cocktail preparation, event organisation, and managing interior operations to the highest standards. His experience includes supervising stewardess teams, coordinating guest excursions and reservations, and delivering seamless onboard experiences tailored to charter clientele. Combined with senior hospitality management roles in renowned venues and luxury brands, Tomo brings exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a calm, energetic approach to every charter environment.

Captain Zdravko is a Croatian maritime professional with experience on private and charter motor yachts up to 40m throughout the Adriatic and Mediterranean. Before joining M/Y Clase Azul, he served as Chief Mate on the 40m Princess M/Y Mirage IV, where he was responsible for navigation planning, crew safety training, shipyard periods and ISM procedures. He also supported the yacht's Cayman Islands commercial certification. Earlier roles include Chief Mate on the 40m Mangusta M/Y JoMar and the 36m Azimut M/Y Artemy. Zdravko has extensive experience with guest operations, watersports supervision, safety drills and tender driving. Known for his calm leadership and attention to detail, he ensures safe operations while delivering a professional charter experience for guests and crew.

Dražen is a creative and highly motivated Yacht Chef with more than ten years of culinary experience gained in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and charter yachts throughout Croatia. Specialising in modern Mediterranean and fine dining cuisine, Dražen is experienced in provisioning, menu development, food presentation, and preparing personalised meals for both charter guests and crew. Having recently transitioned into the yachting industry, he has already proven his ability to deliver exceptional onboard dining experiences, with guests consistently praising his cuisine and attention to detail.

Dora returns for her third season aboard Clase Azul, Dora is the beloved by everyone for her positive energy, hardworking nature, and genuine love for what she does, Dora brings warmth and joy to the yacht’s interior team. Dora studied tourism and economics before embarking on a career in hospitality and eventually working in the insurance industry. However, her curiosity and passion for the sea led her to the yachting industry an she hasn’t looked back since. Dora’s cheerful demeanor, excellent communication skills, and keen eye for detail make her an indispensable part of the Clase Azul family. She thrives on challenges, enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and delights in contributing to a harmonious team. When not working, Dora enjoys reading, cooking, dancing, hiking, swimming, and staying active. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and love for the Clase Azul team ensure guests always feel welcomed and cared for during their time aboard.

Martina is a dedicated 3ʳᵈ Stewardess with a strong hospitality background gained through international experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, and wellness events across Europe and the United States. She brings excellent guest service skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional approach to onboard service and housekeeping. Martina thrives in fast-paced team environments and is known for her adaptability, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining immaculate interior standards while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay on board.

Ivan is a hardworking and dependable Deckhand/Engineer with hands-on experience aboard both sailing and motor yachts, including large commercial vessels and private yachts up to 40 metres. With a strong technical background in marine engineering and ship maintenance, Ivan is experienced in engine room operations, pump rebuilds, tender maintenance, docking procedures, watersports support, and general vessel upkeep. Calm under pressure and highly team-oriented, he is recognised for his strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude on board.

Ivan’s original vocation was Electrical Mechanics. He spent some time working in this field servicing and detailing cars before he ‘accidentally’ entered the yachting industry. Initially considering yachting a temporary endeavour, Ivan quickly fell in love with the industry, and now he enters his 9th season at sea. Ivan has worked aboard mini cruisers to luxury yachts (50 m), where his knowledge and attitude has consistently marked him as a valuable crew member. Ivan thrives in the dynamic environment of yachting, relishing the constant learning opportunities and chance to meet new people. Ivan’s long-term goal is to become Captain one day, and he is well on his way to achieving this goal. On or off the yacht, Ivan is always active with a diverse range of interests that include football, motocross, kickboxing, skiing, and hiking.

Martina Blašković is a motivated and reliable 2 nd Stewardess with experience in charter guest service, luxury yacht housekeeping, and high-standard hospitality environments.

Having worked aboard luxury yachts and passenger vessels in Croatia, Martina is skilled in cabin preparation, laundry management, food and beverage service, and maintaining immaculate interior standards. She is known for her strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work efficiently within dynamic team environments while ensuring guests receive warm and attentive service throughout their stay on board. With a strong hospitality mindset, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine eagerness to grow within the yachting industry, Martina brings a positive and hardworking approach to every aspect of interior operations.
