Julio joins Cloud IX as an accomplished Chef with over 15 years of culinary experience across luxury yachts, high-end restaurants, and private villas. Known for his creativity, precision, and passion for fresh ingredients, Julio brings a vibrant, multicultural flair to the table.

Having worked aboard prestigious yachts such as M/Y Liberty (60m), M/Y La Pellegrina (50m), and S/Y Aragon, Julio has mastered the art of catering to the refined tastes of international guests—whether cruising the Caribbean or Mediterranean. His specialties include Mediterranean, Asian, Argentinian, Brazilian, and Mexican cuisines, with a focus on beautifully prepared seafood, fish, and meats.

Calm, adaptable, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction, Julio is just as comfortable preparing a relaxed lunch by the beach as he is curating a formal tasting menu. He has also completed multiple Atlantic crossings, demonstrating his ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments.

Now based in Palma de Mallorca, Julio is excited to bring his culinary expertise and warm personality to the Cloud IX experience, delighting guests with every dish.

We are thrilled to welcome Captain Adilson to Cloud IX this season. A familiar face to many, Adilson spent several successful years at the helm of White Fang, where he earned a reputation for excellence, achieving a 100% success rate on all his charters. Now, he's bringing his experience and passion to Cloud IX, ready to continue that legacy and create unforgettable moments for his guests.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Adilson has called Mallorca home since 2007 and knows the Balearic Islands like the back of his hand. Among his favourite places to visit are the stunning Calas de Mallorca and the serene shores of Formentera.

Adilson is known for his calm leadership, expert navigation, and genuine care for his guests. He consistently assembles exceptional crew teams that work seamlessly together to provide five-star service. Guests love their time onboard, not only because of the yacht’s luxury but because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere Adilson helps create.

He speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the local cruising grounds with international clients. For Adilson, the most rewarding part of his job is seeing people happy and relaxed, enjoying their holidays to the fullest.

When he’s not on the water, Adilson enjoys spending time with his family, going for a run, or diving into a good book.

Cloud IX is proud to welcome Arena to the crew this season as our dynamic and multi-talented Deck/Stew. With nine years of experience in the yachting industry and a total of eight years in maritime roles, Arena brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to excellence in both luxury service and vessel operations.

Her strong background in hospitality and fine dining, paired with her outstanding communication and guest relations skills, ensures that every guest onboard feels truly cared for. Fluent in five languages - English, German, Italian, Catalan, and Spanish—Arena is adept at creating seamless experiences for international guests.

Arena’s practical know-how extends well beyond the interior. She is highly experienced in the use of boat systems, deck equipment, and water toys, always prioritizing safety and efficiency. Her dual role as Deck/Stew makes her a vital link between indoor luxury and outdoor adventure.

Highly organized, adaptable, and a natural team player, Arena is also trained as a guide for deaf and blind individuals - further reflecting her thoughtfulness and commitment to inclusivity.
