His consulting work with restaurants, hotels and food brands has sharpened an instinct for crafting distinctive, memorable dining identities.

Laura brings to yachting a background that blends genuine hospitality instinct with real event management expertise, a combination that translates beautifully into the world of charter. A graduate in corporate communication and public relations from IULM Milan, with additional certification in event management and wedding planning, she has spent recent years working across hospitality, PR and guest-facing roles in Milan and Forte dei Marmi, including managing reservations and curating bespoke events at two well-regarded restaurants within the Triple Sea Food group.
Her first season at sea, as Stewardess and Cook aboard a private sailing yacht, saw her take full ownership of meal preparation, cambusa management, housekeeping and laundry, all while maintaining high standards in the tight quarters that sailing life demands. Adaptable to special dietary needs and HACCP-compliant, she combines practical competence with the polish and people skills of someone who has spent years organising memorable experiences for discerning guests.
