Maria Chiara was born in a small seaside town in Italy, where her passion for cooking took root at a very young age. Inspired by her grandmother - an exceptional cook - she began experimenting in the kitchen as a child, laying the foundation for what would become her lifelong vocation.
At 20, she moved over 1,000 km from her hometown, embracing hard work and independence by taking on various jobs before opening her own artisanal gelato shop in Pavia. While successful, Maria Chiara always missed the sea. In 2015, she made the life-changing decision to sell her business and return to her roots - this time aboard a sailing yacht.
Since then, Maria Chiara has combined her love for the sea and cooking by working as a chef and hostess aboard catamarans sailing across Italy, France, Spain, and the Caribbean. Her warm personality, excellent organizational skills, and dynamic team spirit make her an essential crew member.
To enhance her culinary repertoire, Maria Chiara has also worked in renowned restaurants in London and Barcelona during the winter seasons. Her diverse experience and strong interpersonal skills make her particularly adept at understanding guest preferences and creating personalized menus.
She finds immense satisfaction in making people happy through food, believing that a great dish has the power to transform an entire day at sea.

Born and raised in the heart of Rome, Daniele pursued a background in scientific studies before embarking on a 15-year career with the national police. Yet, the call of the sea had always been stronger than any land-bound duty. Driven by a deep passion for sailing and exploration, he made the bold decision to leave behind the security of his former life and dedicate himself entirely to the ocean.
Since then, he has spent nearly 15 years at sea, navigating over 150,000 nautical miles. His voyages has taken Daniele across the Atlantic, into the vastness of the Pacific, and even through the challenging waters of the Arctic Ocean.
What he loves most about his role as captain of CORE is creating unforgettable experiences for guests - especially those new to yachting.
He speaks Italian, Spanish, and English fluently, allowing him to connect with guests from around the world and ensure a smooth, personalized experience for everyone on board.

Chiara joined the CORE crew bringing a blend of professionalism, warmth, and versatility essential for an exceptional charter experience. She earned a Degree in Luxury Management and Communication in 2020, equipping her with a refined understanding of guest service and high-end hospitality.
Chiara’s skills extend beyond traditional stewardess duties - she is also a talented Mediterranean cook. Her keen attention to detail and calm demeanor allow her to perform impeccably under pressure, ensuring every guest’s need is anticipated and met with ease.
With experience in childcare and event coordination, Chiara is adept at managing diverse guest requests and creating memorable moments for families and groups alike. She also supports deck operations as a competent deckhand, showcasing her all-around versatility on board.
Fluent in Italian and English, with conversational Spanish, Chiara connects effortlessly with a broad range of guests.
