Leanne is our highly experienced Chief Stewardess with over a decade in the yachting industry, known for her exceptional service standards, eye for design, and strong leadership. With a background in interior design and advanced service training, she has led interior teams on vessels up to 64M.
Onboard, Leanne is all about ensuring guests have a flawless experience, whether that's through elegant table settings, tailored service styles, or spa-level massage therapy. She is a certified holistic and Thai massage therapist and a qualified vegan and gluten-free chef too. A believer in lifelong learning she is currently pursuing her Purser qualifications. With a warm, composed manner and years of experience managing interior teams, she’s a strong and steady presence onboard.

Originally from South Africa, Gio’s career has followed an exciting and diverse path — from professional DJing at major festivals to founding a successful activewear brand — before finding his calling in yachting. As our Chief Officer, you’ll find him both versatile and motivated, with a solid background in both sailing and leadership. Holding an OOW 500GT and IYT/MCA Master of Yachts 200GT certification, he has experience aboard yachts between 30–40m. His expertise spans safety management, navigation, tender operations, watersports, and guest services.
Known for his can-do attitude and hands-on leadership style, Gio combines entrepreneurial and creative flair with strong technical skills — making him a fantastic presence on board. He’s always ready to jump in where needed and is keen to ensure guests enjoy their time at sea to the fullest.

Originally from South Africa, Ryan is a skilled and versatile yacht chef with a solid culinary background that spans both land-based and onboard roles. From high-end restaurants and private villas to motor yachts, he’s spent the past several years honing his craft. Between 2017 and 2023, he worked as a private chef, having previously led kitchens as head chef in several fine dining establishments in his native Cape Town. In 2024, he stepped into the Sole Chef role aboard M/Y ULYSSES (40m), where he crafted bespoke menus to suit a wide range of guest preferences and dietary requirements. Since then, he’s been fully hooked on the yachting lifestyle and the adventures it brings.
Trained in culinary arts and experienced in Mediterranean, Asian, and modern European cuisines, Ryan brings a thoughtful, flexible approach to his cooking. Whether it’s an elegant formal dinner or a relaxed family-style meal, he delivers with confidence and care. Friendly and easy-going, he’s also a great team player—happy to lend a hand wherever needed. Off duty, Ryan moonlights as a DJ when the mood strikes, adding a bit of fun and energy to the crew dynamic.

Captain Mario is a seasoned superyacht captain with a maritime career spans more than 20 years. With an STCW Master 3000 GT license and extensive experience across both commercial and private yachting, Mario has captained prestigious yachts ranging from 40m to 80m, cruising waters across the Mediterranean, Pacific, Arabian Gulf, and South China Sea. Most recently, he's captained the M/Y PrincessToo and M/Y Gloria Teresa, where he consistently delivered first-class charter andprivate experiences through seamless service and meticulous operations.Mario’s background also includes managing complex yacht surveys, overseeing drydock projects, and expertly navigating compliance with ISM, ISPS, and MLC standards.His commercial maritime experience further underpins his careful attention to technical detail and dedication to a safety-first approach. Friendly and approachable, Mario brings a hands-on leadership style, ensuring high morale among the crew and exceptional experiences for guests. “Marisol”, as she is fondly known on board, is a dedicated and hardworking member of our crew, always bringing varied skills and a consistently positive attitude. Born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, Alessandra holds impressive operational and safety qualifications, including her COC 1st Officer 7000 GT certification and a degree from the Escuela Nautica Mercante de Tampico. Since starting her maritime career in 2021 as a deck cadet, she rapidly advanced to 2nd Officer, showcasing her commitment and competence.
Prior to university, Marisol ran a children's animation agency, developing her natural creativity and meticulous attention to detail, qualities she continues to demonstrate as Stewardess through her impressive tablescaping and thoughtful touches on every voyage. In her downtime, she enjoys pottery, cooking, crafting macramé wall hangings, and diving into a good book. Active and energetic, she has even competed at university-level volleyball and softball. Marisol is friendly, approachable, and known for her dedicated, can-do approach to every task she undertakes, making her a genuine asset to the yacht and its guests.
Alessandra "Marisol" Jauregui

Originally from Odessa, Mykola grew up with a strong connection to the sea. After completing a five-year maritime traineeship, he spent six years working his way up through the ranks in a merchant fleet, eventually earning his Second Engineer Unlimited ticket in 2024. That same year, he stepped into the yachting world, taking on a Chief Engineer role aboard a 34m yacht, where he quickly made his mark—refining systems, leading a successful Port State Inspection, and supporting guest activities like tender runs, water sports, and coastal excursions.
Mykola is hands-on, calm under pressure, and takes pride in solving problems before they arise. His engineering experience covers everything from generators and stabilisers to sewage systems and vessel management software. When he’s not in the engine room, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring new destinations. His practical mindset and approachable manner make him a valued team player, both on deck and below.
