He’s a true all-rounder in the galley, equally at ease preparing elegant Mediterranean and French dishes as he is creating Asian fusion or adapting menus to specific dietary requirements. Having worked as a sole chef on multiple vessels, Roman is used to managing everything from provisioning to menu planning, while consistently delivering fresh, well-presented meals.

His recent tenure onboard EURUS (Benetti Mediterraneo 116’ and Delfino 95’) since 2019 underscores his proficiency. There, he was integral from the construction phase through sea trials and seasonal relocations across the Mediterranean and South Florida. His certification further complements Jesús’s technical acumen as a Chief Engineer Unlimited, STCW 2010, and Ship Security Officer (SSO). His commitment to excellence and safety in marine engineering makes him a valuable asset to COSMICO's operations.
