Crucero Amazonas has four decks in which you can find the suites, a dining room, an entertainment area and an open-air observation deck, ideal for those passengers who want to enjoy the sun and a panoramic view of the natural environment. Eliseo Linares was born in the community of Palizada, on the banks of the Marañón River. In 1991, he moved to the city of Nauta and then to Iquitos. He served in the Air Force and later studied to become an Official Tour Guide. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in lodges and other tourism companies. His love for reading, combined with his desire for self-improvement, has recently led him to begin a degree in Citizenship and Social Sciences.

Oswaldo was born in the town of San Martin de Munich, Iquitos, 32 years ago. From a very young age, he was drawn to tourism, which is why he chose a career as a tour guide. He worked for various companies where he had the opportunity to learn from his colleagues and share with visitors his knowledge of both the city of Iquitos and the Peruvian jungle.

The experience he gained was a stepping stone to joining other important tourism companies. He is currently the Official Guide of the R&F Amazonas Cruise and is delighted to show visitors the flora and fauna from a comfortable place.

He is passionate about his profession. He enjoys facilitating cultural exchanges between the native communities along the river and the visitors. Navigating the Amazon River or walking through and showcasing beautiful landscapes in the middle of the Amazon jungle fills him with pride, which is why he invites travelers to discover and enjoy this enchanting place.

Dr. Victor Castillo holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a PhD in Business Sciences, with more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Currently, he is a professor at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon and has served as a Councilor in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas. Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to various projects and activities that promote local development, combining his teaching role with that of Operations Manager at Rivers & Forest Expeditions.

She has extensive experience in business administration, material resource management, and interior design. She is an expert in conflict resolution and has led various business projects in the service sector, including restaurants and consulting. She has actively participated in the creation of Rivers & Forest Expeditions. Currently, she serves as the Administration Manager, where she applies her management skills to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Graduated in Hotel Management from San Ignacio de Loyola University, she is dynamic and versatile with more than ten years of experience in real estate, hospitality, sales, and client relations. Currently, she manages national and international sales, reservations, and customer inquiries at Rivers & Forest Expeditions. She has a strong background in customer service and event planning. She is an expert in managing social media strategies and using technology to optimize customer engagement.

Kelly Cubas

Since the beginning of her career in tourism, she discovered her passion and dedication to customer service. In 2018, she joined Rivers & Forest Expeditions as a housekeeper on the R&F Amazonas Cruise, where her colleagues have become her family, forming a wonderful team both at work and in dance performances to entertain the guests during their stay on the cruise. She loves her job, and thanks to it, she has been able to support her family. When she's not sailing, she enjoys her hobbies, which include baking and cooking.

He is an economist by profession, but he is committed to the conservation and preservation of Amazonian flora and fauna. Even though part of his career was spent as a representative of prestigious European brands, his dream of navigating the Amazon River led him to create, in 2015, an exclusive space where his guests can enjoy unforgettable experiences in the vast Peruvian jungle. This dream became a reality with the R&F CRUCERO AMAZONAS, an invitation to explore the natural and cultural richness of the Amazon without sacrificing the comfort that the guest deserves.

He knows all the bends of the Amazon River and its tributaries perfectly and serves as the helmsman of the R&F Amazonas Cruise, which he joined from the beginning of operations. For her, each day represents a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around her.

Ricardo is responsible for the navigation and maneuvers of the R&F CRUCERO AMAZONAS on the Amazon River and its tributaries, as well as for safety procedures, navigation tasks, communication equipment management, and compliance with legal regulations. He is highly qualified and has over 25 years of experience handling vessels in the region. In 2018, he joined the team as Captain of the R&F CRUCERO AMAZONAS.
