Customers focused and multilingual (French, English, Spanish, German and Afrikaans), i enjoy all water related activities, a good book or scouting trendy places on the Riviera.

As a qualified deckhand & sailor, my goal is to ensure guests are pleased with all aspects once they step foot onboard our vessel. I am a friendly and caring individual who will go above and beyond for my guests, including children.
If your interests are watersports, relaxing or even fishing, I will be there to make sure you have an optimal experience throughout your entire charter on Daddy's Dream 2.

I spend my free time being active and outdoors hiking/running, alternatively you will find me playing some beats on the drums as I have a huge appreciation for music.

At 36, David brings over a decade of experience in fine dining and luxury yachts, crafting bespoke menus with precision and creativity. His culinary journey includes prestigious roles such as Head Chef aboard M/Y Lady Béatrice and at Villa Sainte Anne on the Île de Porquerolles, where he achieved the esteemed Maître Restaurateur label in 2018.

He also honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, including Le Mas du Langoustier and Les Barmes de l’Ours, delivering world-class dining experiences.

An avid fisherman, David incorporates the freshest catches into his dishes when possible, while his passion for rugby reflects his team-focused ethos with the crew. His interest in technology ensures culinary innovation, allowing him to create exceptional dining experiences.

With a deep understanding of life at sea, David seamlessly blends elegance, flavour, and impeccable service to elevate every yacht charter.

Always very close to the maritime environment because of my career as a high-level sportsman within the sailling France Pole team and then among several offshore racing teams in mini or Figaro class, it seemed obvious to me to continue my career in yachting.
Following numerous Transatlantic and thousands of miles sailing, my switch to the motor yacht in 2005 as a Captain allowed me to combine my school curriculum (engineer in design office) with my real passion which is working at sea.
Today Captain of the Motor Yacht Daddy's Dream 2, Ferretti 920, and surrounded by a strictly professional crew, I am able to offer our guests a service and a cuisine at the height of the largest hotels while ensuring an irreproachable technical follow-up of the ship.
