Multilingual and internationally minded, Gregory speaks French, English, Spanish, and German, allowing him to easily connect with guests from a wide range of backgrounds.

Passionate about the Mediterranean lifestyle, he enjoys sharing his knowledge of the French Riviera, from waterside activities to local restaurants, beach clubs, and hidden gems along the coast. His strong service ethic, positive energy, and guest-focused mindset make him a valued member of the crew onboard Daddy’s Dream 2.

Enzo is a motivated and hardworking deckhand from the South of France with experience onboard both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean. Having worked on Ferretti and Leopard yachts, he is familiar with fast-paced seasonal operations, guest interaction, tender handling support, and maintaining high exterior standards.

His background as a military firefighter in Marseille and long-term volunteer firefighter in Toulon has given him excellent discipline, teamwork, emergency response skills, and strong safety awareness onboard. Calm under pressure and highly adaptable, Enzo brings positive energy to the crew environment while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Passionate about the sea and watersports, he enjoys helping guests make the most of their time onboard and contributes enthusiastically to all aspects of deck operations.

Originally from South Africa, Andrew brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a warm sense of hospitality to the crew onboard Daddy’s Dream 2. Known for his friendly personality and attentive service, he helps create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for guests throughout their charter experience.

Active and outdoors-oriented, Andrew enjoys hiking, running, and music in his free time, bringing great energy and team spirit to life onboard. As part of the long-standing and stable crew on Daddy’s Dream 2, he contributes to the smooth and welcoming environment that guests consistently appreciate after their time onboard.

At 36, David brings over a decade of experience in fine dining and luxury yachts, crafting bespoke menus with precision and creativity. His culinary journey includes prestigious roles such as Head Chef aboard M/Y Lady Béatrice and at Villa Sainte Anne on the Île de Porquerolles, where he achieved the esteemed Maître Restaurateur label in 2018.

He also honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, including Le Mas du Langoustier and Les Barmes de l’Ours, delivering world-class dining experiences.

An avid fisherman, David incorporates the freshest catches into his dishes when possible, while his passion for rugby reflects his team-focused ethos with the crew. His interest in technology ensures culinary innovation, allowing him to create exceptional dining experiences.

With a deep understanding of life at sea, David seamlessly blends elegance, flavour, and impeccable service to elevate every yacht charter.

Frédéric has spent most of his life at sea, beginning with a high-level sailing career within the French sailing circuit before joining several offshore racing teams in Mini and Figaro classes. After numerous transatlantic crossings and thousands of miles offshore, he naturally transitioned into the motor yacht industry in 2005, where he has since built extensive experience as a Captain.

With both strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality, Frédéric brings a balanced approach onboard, combining safe and efficient yacht operations with attentive guest service. His engineering background and long-standing maritime experience ensure that Daddy’s Dream 2 is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
