Born in Athens in 1990, he graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia and holds an Engineer’s Class A’ Diploma. Additionally, he has completed advanced training at the National School of Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances of Aspropyrgos and holds a Speedboat License.
Filippos began his maritime career working on cargo ships, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in high-level engineering operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. His transition to yachting in 2020 was driven by his passion for hospitality and meeting new people, bringing his expertise into the luxury sector.
As Chief Engineer, Filippos is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the yacht’s engines and all mechanical systems, guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted cruising experience. His proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and deep technical knowledge make him an essential part of the M/Y Daloli crew.
In his free time, he enjoys water sports, fishing, and traveling, reflecting his adventurous and dynamic personality.

Vasilis is an experienced and highly skilled Bosun, bringing over a decade of expertise in deck operations and guest service to M/Y Daloli. At 33 years old, he holds Certificates in Basic Safety Training, Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, and is also a certified scuba diver, making him well-equipped for both deck responsibilities and water activities.
Starting his yachting career in 2012, Vasilis has worked as a Deckhand on motor yachts of various sizes, developing a deep understanding of anchoring, mooring procedures, and yacht maintenance. His ability to assist with daily operations, ensure deck safety, and enhance the guest experience makes him a key member of the crew.
Vasilis is known for his dedication, reliability, and strong teamwork, ensuring that guests feel safe and well-cared for during their time on board. Whether handling tenders, setting up water toys, or providing top-notch service, he is always ready to assist with a friendly and professional approach.

Her ability to coordinate diverse tasks while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism makes her a key asset to the interior team.

Evangelia brings a wealth of high-end hospitality experience to her role as Chief Stewardess, combining impeccable service skills with exceptional organizational abilities. Her background spans some of Greece’s most prestigious venues, including serving as General Manager at The Bar in Front of the Bar, the country’s only 2-Michelin-starred bar and one of Europe’s Top 50. She has also held leadership positions as Bar Manager and Public Relations professional at Royal Blue and Royal Senses – Curio Collection by Hilton in Crete, Operations Manager at A for Athens hotel, Restaurant Manager in a renowned Italian restaurant in Athens, and Bartender in Paros.
Her expertise extends to fine wines and spirits, holding a WSET Level 3 Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London, as well as WSPC certification. Evangelia’s refined palate and deep knowledge of wine pairings ensure guests enjoy an elevated dining experience onboard.

Having completed his military service and obtained his Seaman’s Book and Basic Safety Training certifications, Aristotelis is eager to expand his maritime knowledge and take on greater responsibilities. His experience as a supply chain manager in shipyards has equipped him with strong organizational and problem-solving skills—qualities that serve him well in the dynamic environment of a busy yacht.
Outside of work, Aristotelis is passionate about water sports, including surfing and jet skiing, and enjoys staying active through gymnastics. His dedication to teamwork, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that every guest aboard M/Y DALOLI receives top-notch service and memorable experiences.

Captain Charis began his career serving on tanker ships and motor vessels, where he developed strong technical and operational experience before making the transition into the yachting industry. With a passion for luxury hospitality, he has worked on both private and charter yachts, gaining extensive experience in superyacht operations and high-end guest service.
Having previously spent two successful seasons onboard M/Y Daloli, Captain Charis returns with enthusiasm and dedication, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable yachting experience. With vast knowledge of the Mediterranean, he carefully curates exceptional itineraries, guiding guests to breathtaking destinations while prioritizing safety, comfort, and personalized service.

Before entering yachting in 2007, Dionisios gained extensive experience working as a Chef in luxury hotels and renowned restaurants, refining his ability to create diverse and flavorful dishes tailored to guest preferences. His versatility in the kitchen, professional approach, and dedication to using only the freshest ingredients ensure that every meal is an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
With experience in both private and charter yachts, Dionisios is well-versed in meeting high culinary expectations while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality make him a valued member of the M/Y Daloli crew.
