Monica's journey with the sea began over a decade ago, when she first swapped life on land for the galley of a charter yacht. Since then, she has built a distinguished career as a professional chef aboard some of Italy's most celebrated motor yachts, combining culinary excellence with the unique demands of life on the water.
Over the years, Monica has served aboard a succession of prestigious charter vessels, including the 44-metre Lady in Blue and, most recently, a 50-metre Italian-flagged mega yacht. Her experience spans Ischia, Viareggio, and the broader Tyrrhenian coast, always within the world of crewed charter. Before the sea, she honed her craft in Italian restaurants across China, an experience that sharpened both her versatility and her instinct for hospitality at its finest.
