Having lived in Spain for 26 years, she moves effortlessly between cultures — a quality that resonates naturally with the diverse guests she welcomes.
Over six years in the yachting industry, Fabiana has grown from Stewardess to Stew Cook, building a well-rounded expertise that spans both interior service and onboard culinary care. That dual skill set gives her an intuitive understanding of the full guest experience, from the first greeting to the last meal.
What truly sets Fabiana apart is her adaptability. She reads guests with ease, adjusting her approach — whether in service style, atmosphere, or menu — to suit each individual on board. Efficient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about her work, she brings a calm sense of order to the busiest of days while never losing sight of what matters most: that every guest feels exceptionally well looked after.

Emil Valentinov has grown up in between Bulgaria and Spain and speaks fluently Bulgarian, Russian, Spanish and English. Always drawn to the sea he started on the merchant side and after 5 years he switched to private charters. He has wide experience both under sail and motor and he is also an excellent mechanic, keeping the yacht at all times in flawless condition. After about 15 years in the charter market Emil has grown into an excellent captain who knows how to deal with the expectations of any clients.

Diego is 47 years old and has two years of experience in the yachting industry. His professional background also includes extensive experience in hospitality and several years as a surf instructor, which
has given him a natural flair for guest-facing roles and a friendly, enthusiastic approach to service.
Before he joined Danzas, he worked aboard catamarans dedicated and also captained a 12-meter yacht for day charters, supported by
his qualification as a port skipper.
His responsibilities as deckhand include assisting with mooring and anchoring manoeuvres, as well as managing and supporting all water toys onboard—such as jetskis, the tender, paddleboards,
seabobs. He also practise diving, snorkeling, and surfing.
